Our web traffic has shown growth during our entire time together and this continues to be the case month after month. Quality leads are also being driven to our website.

For the most part this has been satisfactory during our time together. They respond quite quickly to emailed needs and have met most of the deadlines set during our time together.

TKG very efficiently designed and implemented a new website for our law firm that matched who we are and has improved our online presence and brand.

TKG set a very clear schedule and expectations. Our timeline for this project was very tight, but TKG 100% stayed on schedule for us. TKG was extremely responsive to all issues and questions throughout the project and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the project and that it was completed on time.

What challenge were you trying to address with The Karcher Group?

I hired The Karcher Group to create a brand and marketing strategy for our business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The Karcher Group did some research on our customer demographics and competitors. The team ironed out what market we should focus on and created a new brand in relation to that. To elaborate, they made new logos and color schemes, along with words and language we could use in the new branding. The color schemes were particularly important because most of our company’s work was visualized through our website, and we struggled with that. As a result, we wanted something that our audience would positively receive. 

In terms of documentation and guidelines, they were already familiar with our existing business. We were operating under a different brand, so they took what we’d already built and created a new one. The strategies were based on our goals, so we provided some information about what we did, who we wanted to work with, the type of clients we wanted, and other things of that nature. 

At present, we’re in the process of implementing the brand that The Karcher Group has created. The website is still under the old name, which should change soon. To clarify, the team isn’t doing any development work. However, they’ve done some mock-ups for what the website and our marketing could look like. The next step is implementing them.

We’ve had meetings with 5–7 people at once, but our main contact points are only 1–2 people. There’s an entire team working on the project, including copywriters, designers, market researchers, and others.

I’d known The Karcher Group’s owner for 7–8 years before I asked them to work on this project.

We’ve spent around $30,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together on this project in April 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Our team has seen the new logo, name, and other deliverables that The Karcher Group has put together, and we’re truly happy with their work. They’ve delivered quality outputs and met our expectations in creating the brand, graphics, color scheme, and strategies behind those deliverables. 

How did The Karcher Group perform from a project management standpoint?

They meet deadlines and stay within our budget. To communicate, we primarily use emails. We also use Basecamp as a project management tool; it allows multiple teammates to collaborate on a project, but emails are easier to use. In any case, The Karcher Group is great at communicating. 

We can call their office, and somebody will always answer the phone if I need to get a hold of someone from their team. Apart from emails and phone calls, we schedule meetings. They’ve been professional during our meeting, which I truly appreciate. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The Karcher Group’s ability to build a brand is better than the average marketing firm. They work with brands that are larger in scale and businesses looking to grow within a region or country. 

On top of that, they have a large team that can handle all the facets of branding and marketing. We can’t go to another marketing firm that can cover all the facets of the strategy we need. The Karcher Group always has multiple people on their team to help us with every part of our marketing strategy. 

Further, they can work with our business in the longer run. We’ve worked with smaller firms, and the experience has been great. However, we need a partner that can grow with us over time. We know that The Karcher Group can continue to work with us and grow our business over decades without us outgrowing their capabilities. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any. We can ask for a lower price, but we’re getting what we’re paying for — the experience and the work they’ve done for us have been great. They deliver value and great solutions. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Follow the process. Other firms can put together logos for you in 4–5 business days, and if that’s what you’re looking for, working with The Karcher Group is probably not going to be fun for you. However, if you’re looking to scale your business, the process will take time — trust them to take you through it. You’ll see results as you go, and it’ll be worth it in the end. That’s the biggest lesson we’ve learned from working with them.

We received quotes from multiple sources and The Karcher Group sold us on the team of employees that they have to help us. To date we have mainly dealt with 1 person (Logan) but 4-5 different people have been to our facility to evaluate our needs and implement the changes. No stone has been left unturned.

We have had 2 new PC's replaced, upgraded our WiFi coverage and gone to a cloud based server which has improved our ability to work remotely. Our next project is switching to Quickbooks Online which will further improve our remote capabilities and simplify billing, quoting and payroll.

So far so good. Everything they have promised has been delivered.

They seem to care. The Karcher Groups takes their job seriously and really want us to be happy. When we speak to them about or situation they are interested in long term solutions not short term fixes. This is not true of others we have worked with.

At this point I have no comment. All is well so far.

In addition to the website, they have created a marketing strategy and our annual campaign messaging for four years. They have created and facilitated our social media content as well as produced several videos for us. They have essentially been the strategic force behind our marketing for four years.

They have provided a team of people that work with our team. Their team that supports us consists of a project manager, content creators, and we meet regularly to discuss the timeline, agree on next steps, etc. I appreciate that their CEO often checks in on projects to make sure our needs are being met.

Our social media engagement has continued to grow year over year and the traffic to our website has increased as well. The campaign they created for us in 2019 won a local Addy Award. We received more positive feedback on that campaign and people telling us how much they loved the look and feel of the messaging.

We meet quarterly to review the plan and make sure everything is on track and discuss the upcoming quarter and if we want to change anything. We communicate regularly through Teamwork which makes it very easy for the entire team on each side to know the project status as well as get questions answered in a timely manner. Every team member that we have worked with at TKG is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Their commitment to seeing us be successful. It really has felt like they are and extension of our team from day one.

The Karcher Group has been our primary branding partner since 2017. We initially go through a discovery phase for each project, where we identify the scope and objectives of what we want to accomplish and finalize the requirements depending on the project.

Throughout our partnership, they’ve developed our website, conducted marketing research and strategies, developed content for articles and blogs, and optimized our search engine rankings to gain better exposure through keyword research and implementation. TKG was in place to a degree when I started with SITE, we had quarterly meetings at the beginning to make sure we were on track and as we got into a grove over the years we set recap meetings and kickoff meetings for the year and touch base as needed. It was easy to add new or take off old tenants to our social strategy.

Specific goals were to develop a new robust website for our early stage biotech company. Additionally we requested ongoing social media presence and analytics to measure this project success.

Our goal was to overhaul our existing website and create a more professional and interactive experience for our investors. We also wanted to broaden our exposure through social media to attract potential new investors.

Our final deliverables included a world class website, ongoing digital marketing campaign, monthly traffic reports and quarterly strategy planning.

Our company was a novice at web marketing and using social media platforms. We were very impressed in Karcher Group's ability to interpret our needs and turn into a ultra-functional and visually impressive product. T
