Kanerika carried out the automation of the process that was necessary for the extraction of information from several operational systems. After which the data was integrated into our database so as to complete and streamline the reporting process.

In the beginning of the inception of the project, we had already formulated two stages with their variations. However, we added the third one later on. They produced the first version of the device, then progressed to its second iteration after which we received some last comments and amendments.

In the end they sent us the final version of the produced document. Currently, we are trying to agree with Kanerika on the terms of our future work.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The product Kanerika assembled is operational. Our core value or measurement of success in this regard is functionality and usability and the product is performing at the level that we had anticipated.

The project manager specific handles project communication, bi-weekly project progression status and alive expectation management. They do not hesitate to keep me informed about their activities and rest.

With respect to time control, the time taken for the project was slightly high than planned. We had estimated nine months to complete it and we used one and a half years. Anyway, it owes me a little remorse – it is not completely Kanerika’s fault as it was that, we included a few extras in the middle of the project and then an additional step of development.

I get it; they have a small team with few resources including one of them who left in the mid of the project, so such issues do crop up. The communication includes exchange via Telegram which is okay considering that there is a lot of good communication on their side. They had some integrations with the platform such that whenever there is an update a bot sends status reports.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Overall, I am highly impressed with Kanerika's approach to managing the healthcare sector. What I noticed most was that, industry knowhow of this nature meant that I did not have to explain to the coders the mechanics of profit calculation; a business analyst handled it. While describing the domain oftentimes is a headache, it was effortless in Kanerika.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Kanerika could have done differently?

They were lacking on the utilization of the available resources efficiently and timely completion of the turnover of the project. The timeline got extended quite a bit, and though I understand some of it was our own doing, I felt they did not show Any urgency to try and complete everything to the original timeline.

Organisations can store and dynamically update their organisational profiles, job requirements and track the success of each hiring process.

The Kanerika team helped us create online meeting capabilities to meet with candidates online, review video profiles and stay in touch via messaging services.

As great as these online features are for our application, what makes our solution unique is that all these technologies are tied to the candidate profile, hiring position organisational needs and overall organisational profile. This creates a strong connection and trust between the organisation and the candidate.

We are very happy with the outcome of this project. Given the scope of this project, Kanerika not only met but exceeded our expectations for getting the cutting edge functionality in a short time and within our budget.

Kanerika had the same project manager throughout the project. We met with him weekly and they kept in touch throughout the project to have visibility and clarity of any issues. Kanerika used a customised spreadsheet to track issues and requirements. Kanerika also provided a separate environment within their own infrastructure for us to test and get the system ready for promotion to production.

Kanerika's philosophy of investing in clients and view of client success as their own was unique. Everyone uses the long term relationship as a tagline but Kanerika actually lived up to it.

We don’t have any specific suggestions for improvement but would like them to continue to build long term relationships and invest in cutting edge technology so they can keep leading the way.

The first stage was negotiation of details for the architecture of the system they have created and implemented. Later each dashboard was developed and tested by the reconciliation dashboard for the correct reports and KPIs. The last stage was our staff training to use Interactive analytics dashboards and even clone new ones on the base of the system implemented

We greatly appreciate Kanerika's assistance in helping us modernise our systems. We use the internal portals they made for our dealer and customer bases to improve those two solutions they developed for us as we grow. In terms of procedure, we begin with a meeting where we clearly define our goals, be they improvements to existing solutions or a new one. We communicate back and forth to arrange things, and we look to them for guidance and insight, as well as what they've observed and what they believe is the best course of action for us. 
Following that, they provided us with an excellent statement of work and scheduled a kickoff meeting to begin the task; since we had been acquainted for so long, everything was routine. The Kanerika team is proficient in all Microsoft tools and has created two HTML website portals. They also oversee several SSIS packages, HTML customisation, and our SQL system databases. They're also excellent web designers; they used SharePoint to create our internal portal site. We intend to work with them going forward on projects like Automate and Power BI.

Our partnership has become stronger, and we really like the dealer portal they made. Additionally, we've gotten positive comments from our dealer base regarding how simple it is to use the platform, which has resulted in success. We're seeing an increase in the number of users accessing our portal, a rise in customers self-service, and overall business growth.
