Our goals were to elevate the user experience on our comparison engine, optimise our e-commerce functionalities, and significantly enhance our site visibility in search engines.

This would help us stay ahead of the curve and further solidify our competitive edge. Additionally, incorporating more frequent updates on the progress of ongoing tasks could enhance transparency and keep us more informed throughout each phase of the project.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They improved the ROAS on our PPC campaigns by over 50%, which is something we couldn't acheive ourselves in-house. We were struggling to rank for anything meaningful and these guys propelled our traffic significantly. We now have sales from organic Google traffic, something we never had before.

Everything was delivered as promised. Customer services was top notch and respons time was always on time. The staff at Kaleto.Digital suggested new keywords we should target for our business, optimised our ads accounts and polished our onilne presence significantly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Kaleto Digital's customer service was top-notch and the reply time for emails was only an hour or so, never more. Most companies we've worked for can take days to answer a simple email, but the guys at Kaleto.Digital were alwys so quick to respond. Obviously, the results were great too, we did decent ROAS for ads and our SEO has never been better. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Kaleto Digital could have done differently?

Mayne they could be better on managing expectations and time frames. We expected to be a bit less involved in the decision making, but it all worked out in the end.

Kaleto.Digital helped us optimise our website and helped us find the missing piece. We were focusing on things that didn't work like technical SEO, semantics and all that, while all we needed was a targeted SEO campaign that was really targeted to people who had issues with their credit, and debt collectors were after them already. 

We needed a new website and Kaleto delivered a brand new, heaviliy optimised and super fast website. We didn't need anything too posh or fancy and what we got worked really well. 

The SEO setup was amazing and withing six months our traffic more than doubled.

We doubled our SEO traffic within six months after the initial launch of the new site. We had lots of new debt collection pages published and approved that now generate the majority of our traffic.

We had the initial grinds, but within a week or two everything was as smooth as butter. The team didn't overpromise and they delivered way more than promised. We were ver sceptical about the outcome of the SEO activities, but once our traffic doubled the inquiries trippled as were having traffic that was relevant to our target and not some random blog posts or anything like that.

The results and the impact these results had on our business. Our traffic doubled in less than six months and inquries trippled as the relevance was much, much higher.

Initial communication and probably a better explanation of how much involvment is expected of us would definitely help.
