Sometimes they tried to over-accomodate clients' requests. 

Communication with other Agencies could be improved.

However, none of the above had any negative impact on the deliveries.

Minique did an excellent job. I honestly believe if they change her i'd probably change my website to another company too her service is outstanding. Thorough communication and knowing people within the same line of business helped us improve our relationship, plus getting to know each other on what specifically we want.

key personel for communication some people are difficult to work with where as with Minique who has been assigned to me i truly believe her work is in measurable compared to people i have worked with before.
