I own an Architectural Firm. We provide design and build services for residential & commercial projects. Our services vary from small scale interior designing projects to large urban planning projects. Our clients invest in our design and help us build their projects. I own the company and work as a Senior Architect.

For what projects/services did your company hire KaamLab?

ANH Architect was only publicized through word of mouth, I felt a desperate need to grab more clients. I knew Digital was the way in but I didn't know How? I searched online for some digital marketing experts and that's where I found Kaamlab.

What were your goals for this project?

My goal was to expand my business to acquire more clients, make our portfolio public and be able to work without the limitation of demographics.

How did you select KaamLab?

I searched online for some digital marketing experts, I found some, and Kaamlab was one of them. I visited their site, Facebook and Instagram pages, I was impressed.

I gave them a call talked for at least 20 minutes on a call about the vision I had and the quietly listened without interpreting, after I was done they asked me to visit their office so that they can pitch their idea to me, we met two days after and I ended up being a fan and we made a deal.

We wanted ANH to have digital presence, we wanted to mark our office address on google. Kaamlab provided us with a website, google allocations, Facebook / Instagram pages. They made sure we are visible through every platform with huge traffic.

What was the team composition?

I was in talks with the upper management often but for quick correspondence, during the design phase they let me through with their lead designer, the designer was super cooperative, humble and professional.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

By the grace of ALLAH and the pure efforts of the boys at Kaamlab we now get 10 to 12 queries via google search results, that is an impressive number for us and many of the calls we take tend to become our valuable clients.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Whenever we asked for changes they complied, whenever we required special assistance they were there.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their Dedication, they care about the project more than you.

Are there any areas for improvement?

This is a new territory for many people, I felt left out in some instances because they knew what they were talking but I didn't. I hope giving education to their clients will be beneficial for clients and the project. But I never felt insecure about their work and professionalism.

I’m a trustee of a nonprofit charitable trust that raises funds for Pakistani children who need educational support.

We hired KaamLab to build and design our website, including setting up our donation page.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They assessed the infrastructure of our organization and uploaded the content we provided onto the website. Their team designed the pages and made upgrades per our request. They also set up a secure donation page that set funds directly to our organization’s bank account. The donation page allows users from around the world to make contributions.

We had one main point of contact, Fahad (Community Manager). 

How much have you invested in them?

We invested about $1,500. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February or March 2020. We’re still working together, but they’re almost done.

The quality of the work was exceptional. Fahad was efficient, accommodating, and understanding. He took our feedback well and incorporated it into the work. 

How did KaamLab perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management was excellent. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. We’re very busy as trustees of the organization, but KaamLab was always on top of it. They reached out to us for feedback on designs and were quick to amend the work based on our suggestions. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I think they’re very passionate about the work. Fahad cares about what he does and is detail-oriented. The team was diligent, conscientious, and easy to work with. The solutions the provided met all our requirements. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. There is a lot of potential for growth as a company. I think they’ll continue to grow as they take on more projects. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers? 

They’re still young and growing as a company, so just be ready to accept that there is a bit of a learning curve. You’ll need to give feedback and guide them with what you want. The first few iterations won’t be perfect, but the final product will be delivered flawlessly.

They provided help and guidance from the scratch, from selecting the domain name to developing the website. They had helped us select the right theme for the blog and suggesting the proper url structure for the blog. After the completion of the website they did all the necessary on-page SEO as well.

The team had about 8 people dedicated for the completion of our blog and everybody did a remarkable job from their end.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The project started showing results as soon as we first uploaded the article on our blog because of the top notch on-page SEO done on the blog our blog started to show on google SERPS without even doing a single off page SEO activity. The design of the blog also provide to be a big factor in engaging our readers from all over the world.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The team was very responsive and most of all they were punctual to their deadlines, there wasn't a single time when they fell short of meeting the expectations.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The commitment and professionalism are really what makes them stand out. They also offered services at quite reasonable rates as compared to others.

As far as i remember i didn't felt that they felt short to anything it might be because they had done only one project with us.

We came across their website while surfing the Internet. We didn't know first whether we should hire them or not, but after talking to the team, we were pretty convinced that these guys know what they are doing.

We asked their team to help us populate the blog. They started out with 2 Internals 2 Externals 4 Guest Posts 10 Social Media Posts 50 Backlinks, Keyword Research, Keyword Placement strategy. These numbers gradually increased as we started seeing some good results on our website blog page.

We reached a good viewership on our website blog page and our sales increased within no time. We are successfully getting a good conversion and we are quite happy with what we are receiving.

They are quick, strategic, and adaptive. Timely deliveries, good communication, open to feedback and reviews, the team is incredible.

Quality work... that's the least I can say bout them. They have experienced individuals which is a big plus!

I believe they are good enough but I must say that they can do a whole lot better if they aim to scale their expertise.

Their content not only boosted engagement and drove traffic to our business pages and website, but also captured its audience from the awareness stage all the way to the bottom of the funnel.

We had no sales when we hired KaamLab. In just over three months, we have expanded from a three-member team to 10 employees. Sales are flowing in smoothly.

Working with them was a pleasure. I once called their manager at 1 A.M.  worried out about an issue, and he wasn't annoyed. On the contrary, he was quick to reassure me and show me the project report. They always stayed in touch and informed us about all developments.
