Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or impact of the engagement?
The main things that we look at internally—they look at different KPIs—is making sure that the cost per lead goes down. That's a very important thing. On JXT Group’s end, they're constantly working on getting the cost per click, cost per mention, and bounce rate down. They’re more focused on the detailed KPIs, but we are mainly focused on the cost per lead. Overall, after seeing the reports and speaking with them, we definitely see and feel that we're going in the right direction.
How did JXT Group perform from a project management standpoint?
They have very good communication, which is key. If we want to change something, understand what's going on, or simply communicate, they're very quick to respond. I can imagine that they have a good system in place to make sure that the project is running smoothly on an ongoing basis.
For the project management and moving forward, we have phone conversations once a month or every two months just so that we have a better idea of what's happening. We do a lot by email primarily throughout the day. We have met occasionally, but meeting is not something that’s necessary for the ongoing involvement in the project.
What did you find most impressive about JXT Group?
Results are very key. Working with a lot of different vendors throughout the years, we've found that a lot of them have good intentions and ideas about what to do, but the project essentially falls by the wayside. They work on other things or get too busy, so they're not giving us the proper attention. We feel like we're getting the attention, and, most importantly, the results are there. We have a results-driven relationship with JXT Group that we haven’t found with other providers.
Are there any areas JXT Group could improve?
Jeff Bezos said that he believes somebody will come and outperform his business and provide a better service; he just hopes it's not going to be in his lifetime. So, I believe there's always room for improvement in terms of the campaign and their internal processes. The reason why we're working with JXT Group is to make sure that the campaign gets improved continuously. Otherwise, we would just have the campaigns running on their own, but they definitely need a set of eyeballs to make sure that everything is running smoothly.
