Our business Shanghai Visett Network System Co., Ltd. is the first company in China to have a domestic VSAT business approved by the Ministry of Information Industry, as well as a VSAT private network design and construction license approved by the National Radio Management Committee.
Our company has a registered capital of 63 million CNY and a total investment of 200 million CNY. More than 800 satellite terminal stations have been established. The main users include Shanghai Medical Association, Xinmin Evening News, Holliday Inn, the distance education network of the whole army and multinational companies.

What challenge were you trying to address with JUSTPRO?
Our company was awarded the project from the civil affairs bureau of Shanghai municipal government to create an advanced disaster relief goods warehouse. So, we assigned JUSTPRO to handle this entire project.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We assigned Justpro to handle the entire project , the main scope was as following:

What is the status of this engagement?
We are very happy with this project’s result and JUSTPRO's service. Up to now, the WMS system runs very smoothly. JUSTPRO also provided HELPTELL service and did training and support for users.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
- The warehouse is very efficient and with the fight against the coronavirus outbreak has provided very strong support.
- They helped our customer plan and design WMS system implementation strategy.
- They established an RFID solution for our customer to identify dependencies, and have designed the entire infrastructure.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
We manufacture tanks and equipment for liquid industrial Gases, LNG and CO2. And I was the senior manager of production.
What challenge were you trying to address with JUSTPRO?
We had long production cycles, and since we had to customize to fit the requirement of our customers. We had to calculate our work order’s actual costs. This requires lots of work-flows had to be more clearly identified. We also want to improve efficiency on the shop floor, which would also cut down some of the costs.
We needed a professional team that can provide software implementation and development services to help us customize our enterprise system within a shorter time frame with minimal risk.
What was the scope of their involvement?
JUSTPRO introduced the JUST-MES and Advanced planning and scheduling (APS) solution, and these provided strong analytical capabilities, and APS was very helpful since it provided visualization for production schedules so we can filter out the best options for our production process.
The JUST-MES handled all the data collection which covers work center data, actual work time, material, scrap goods and much more.
They used barcode to manage all manufacturing processes, and this provided useful data such as material usage, costs of resources, this would help us evaluate the process and identify what can be improved.
What is the team composition?
We worked closely with their project management, along with two business consultants, two developers, and one engineer. The support team handled all support needs.
How did you come to work with JUSTPRO?
There is a lot of cooperation between our company and JUSTPRO. I worked on the project within our organization while everything about the solution was entrusted to JUSTPRO to handle.
What is the status of this engagement?
JUSTPRO handled everything from initial planning to execution, and the solution made it possible to overcome the challenged and everything delivered on time. They also provided extra customization whenever we needed it and did on-site training.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We use their system to help us identify work-flows, the solution reduced the cost of WIP and raw materials, we calculated a 10 percent reduction, it also improved the efficiency of the shop floor by integration different resource in our organization.
JUSTPRO provided an excellent tracking solution with laser engraved 2d barcode on steel plates, our tanks were produced by welding different steel plates. We cut steel plates into different sizes based on drawings specifications.
JUSPTRO’s solution enables us to assign a unique serial number to each part for tracking. During the welding, by utilizing JUSTPRO’s system, all the relationships between parts are tracked. At the same time, actual production data from the welded seams collected into the MES system.
By utilizing methods like the ones above, we can trace the production process, material usage and more importantly quality of each tank. It improves the quality of the production process effectively.
How did JUSTPRO perform from a project management standpoint?
The team works very well, they have lots of enthusiasm and they are experts when it comes to providing industrial management solutions, software implementation, and training.
What did you find most impressive about them?
JUSTPRO’s team was very professional when it comes to providing industrial management solutions, enterprise system implementation, and solution customization; they utilize new tech which simplified and improved existing operations, the cost reduction, and serial tracking system was very good, and the solution has even helped us identify and remove bottlenecks.

As the General Manager of Lee Spring China, I am in charge of the manufactory and sales in China as well as the shipments to oversea customers.

Lee Spring China had been using a simple accounting package to manage the operation. As the business grew quickly in China, we realized the simple financial software uwe sed was unable to handle the daily operation. With hundreds of orders (more than thousands line items per week), our biggest challenge was to track shipments distributed from China to the customers all over the world. We needed to replace our simple financial software with an integrated ERP system. JUSTPRO helps us to migrate our accounting software to the ERP system and improve our sales performance with full order tracking ability.

To standarize our working/business process, and get easy control of inventory/finacial data.
How did you select this vendor?
We got to know JUSTPRO from our US software vendor, as we required a bilingual software vendor. We chose JUSTPRO after we talk with their team and they provide us a detailed software migration plan & schedule which controled every step of the project to reduce risks. JUSTPRO has been doing ERP implementation, provide consultancy service on ERP management system for nearly 20 years, and JUSTPRO has a lots of experience in variety of the industry.
Describe the project in detail.
This most difficult task of this project is to transfer the historical data from the previous accounting package and re-import it into new ERP system. Both systems are totally different in terms of structure and functionalities. The master data sets such as suppliers, customers, sales orders, quotations, price, financial data we would like to keep all the history and transfer to the newly implemented ERP system.
Base on our requirements, JUSTPRO helps us to customized and develop an interface software which enables export of all data sets from our old system and automatically converted and transferred into new ERP system, which eliminated hundreds of hours time and reduced implementation cost, and It was an excellent work.
During the ERP system implementation, JUSTPRO built a simulation model according to our business process. With the simulation system in place, we had simulated our business in new ERP system before go live. It is a excellent business process re-engineering tool and it provided us with confidence in the new ERP system. Finally we got a system that actually meets all of our requirements and it has been running smoothly since the 1st day live.

There are three groups of JUSTPRO team members involved in this project: ERP consulting team and development team and online supporting. The project leader managed progress of implementation and scheduling, and two ERP consultants provided detailed onsite implementation and training services. Two developers assisted system customization and development. There were also two consultants providing online operation support.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Within 3-4 months, our project was successfully implemented. The new ERP system has run well since then. Now we have a lot of improvements in business operations. We got a full integration of distribution, manufacturing and accounting process. It gives us great visibility, accuracy, and management of the sales, manufacturing and inventory distribution. We've gained more than 30% time savings on customer services with automated order importing process, generating & issuing invoices.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
During the implementation, it was very easy to communicate with the JUSTPRO team. They provided us weekly updates on the project status. After go-live, JUSTPRO support team have continuously provided us a very good service and rapid response when we’re having any issue or problem.

I was the IT manager for Hitachi Automotive System Chonburi Ltd. Our company was founded in 1971, located at Samut Prakan province, with technical license of SAP ST/ALT Production. And has been renamed to "Siam Hitachi Automotive System" in 2013.
Currently; the business is being operated over 47 years. Our main product includes Vacuum pump, Alternator, Starter, Electric throttle body, shutter valve and intake manifold.

In 2004, our company decided to use ERP system to optimize our business flow. We needed a forecast and MRP function to help us to handle purchasing plan and production capacity. Also needed barcode solution to meet our customers’ requirements.

Our main customers will create the material purchasing plan according to its own master production plan and publish the purchase & forecast order online with EDI format.
We need to download the plan which with 3 days confirmed order + 2 weeks forecast order and import into our ERP system on time.
Should to adjust our factory capacity, production and purchasing base on customer’s plan. By using JUST-FMS (Forecast management system) to handle the actual needs of the upstream company.
Based on 3 days + 2 weeks mode, upload the confirmed order in coming 3 days and next 2 weeks forecast plan into JUST-MES system through JUST-EDI function. And do the requirement calculation on time to re-create the WIP and purchasing scheduling.
Some automotive customers having different rules for product barcoding and lot numbers, it means the same component having different barcode and lot format for different customer, we need to customize multiple formats and banding customer in our ERP system to meet customers require.
In same time, using JUST-Barcode system to simplify the factory business, and through the barcode configurator to generate FG’s barcode automatically with different customer’s rule.
Each batch of FG’s quality information will be recorded into the JUST-Barcode system through ‘SCAN TO’ solution as a unique identifier for product tracking. Our Inventory department need to package the product according to the customer's transport specifications 3 times a day (By 9, 15 and 24 O’clock), and arrive customer’s warehouse at the specified time.
JUST-MES solution provide ‘Packing list’ function to help us to handle it, system can print out sales packing list and invoice base on 3 shift a day.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I was the CFO of a telecom company in the wireless infrastructure industry. We designed, manufactured, and sold wireless components to large companies in our vertical.
What challenge were you trying to address with JUSTPRO?
In 2004, we set up a plant in China. They worked with us through the majority of our existence as a company after that transition. We needed an MRP, ERP, and management execution systems.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We had a high-growth and high-volume environment, and we grew from six employees to 600 employees, producing 800,000 units a month. They helped us with all the systems we needed and were the value-added reseller of a mid-market software system in China.
Initially, they managed a very light application or GL module. As we started to grow, they added more features and worked with us for over a decade. From the GL module, they began overseeing MRP, scheduling jobs, and forecasting customer demand. We didn't have a lot of experience in that, so they helped us with the bill of materials and added a manufacturing execution system in 2008-2010. That was a proprietary system they designed. The price point was right and was quite flexible to suit our needs. Everything we did was custom, and it could scale to the many frequencies we tried to handle in the wireless marketplace. Each customer we serviced received a custom solution.
We knew what we needed, so we provided them with verbal requirements and drawings. The documentation was light as a smaller multi-national company. We described our needs to their president or one of his colleagues.
What is the team composition?
We communicated directly with the executives, either the president or a senior designer. We also worked with three or four other team members over the course of our engagement.
How did you come to work with JUSTPRO?
We used an affiliate company in Canada, and as we migrated production to China, we wanted something that was common across all backgrounds. We contacted them to find out who was the value-added retailer in China, which is how we came to know them.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent about $120,000-$130,000 in the first year and a percentage for each subsequent year.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from 2004 until we sold the company at the end of 2014.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Thanks to their help with the system, we were able to control our inventory much better. We had a better handle on our stock and were able to lower our inventory costs. We had more just-in-time inventory from our suppliers, and we had better control of our quality. The product went through various checkpoints, which improved overall quality over a higher production volume. Our failure rates were among the best in the industry.
How did JUSTPRO perform from a project management standpoint?
They were excellent project managers, and very professional. They always went beyond the call of duty, and they were always there whenever we encountered a problem. They went above their mandate and were a real partner in China.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They were on time, and they delivered what they said they would. We haven't dealt with a lot of other providers, but they were far superior to anyone we've worked with. They did a lot of customization for us and never charged extra. They never went beyond their initial quote for each project, and they always met their billing.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can't think of anything they should improve upon. I haven't worked with them in about five years, but we were very impressed with them.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Spend the time upfront to outline your requirements and any customization you may need. They will deliver on those requirements, and they will deliver on time.
Despite the wake of the COVID-19 outbreak, JUSTPRO created an efficient warehouse with a highly effective tracking system. Their team had a wealth of technical and industry expertise. They had great flexibility and accelerated software deployment.
