My platform is a mobile social networking software that was designed and developed with assistance from their staff.  It is intended for Android and Apple smartphones.  We are now preparing to release the app on the App Store.  The project began with Junkies Coder organizing and creating the application.  To make wireframes, I collaborated with a UX designer.  They then collaborated extensively with me to plan and develop the platform's features.  A normal chat feature, a video function, a currency function, and an SMS delivery function were among the features.  This makes it possible for Android users to get alerts.   

Their group created a special procedure for user communication.  They developed a video stream as well as an algorithm to choose which videos people would see.  Additionally, their team created an interface and user database that let users look for other users.

Their exceptional growth talents have astonished me.  The platform works well and looks fantastic.  I'm so happy.  We will observe the product's performance as we prepare to introduce it to retail outlets.

The output arrived on schedule and as stated.  As we worked together to develop and refine the idea, the final result of this discovery was substantially different from the original concept. As a result of further technical and commercial input, we are now in a position where the defined product is superior to the original concept.

We have a resource-based engagement with Junkies Coder. A dedicated resource takes care of our iOS application, working on a one-week sprint moel. Whenever we have a new feature or implementation, we provide them with the specs, detail the user stories with them, and plan the sprints accordingly. They’re also in charge of the UI/UX design. 

The team continuously adds new features and functionalities and rehashes the code. They’ve built a landing page and recently worked on an online shop feature. Currently, they’re refactoring a customer token feature. Whenever they deliver a new feature after a sprint, our in-house team tests it. 

Apart from that, we’ve had some ad hoc engagements as well. For example, whenever our Android app requires additional modification or something complicated comes up, we hire Algowork’s resources for consultancy services

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Junkies Coder has integrated with our processes very well. More often than not, we have a good quality of release from them — bug-and meeting all our criteria.

They’re mostly good at project management. However, they’ve had to adjust timelines when something complicated has come up or if there have been gaps in our requirements. We use Azure DevOps to share tasks and Microsoft Teams and email for communication. The team logs into their timesheet daily. Based on the sheet, we qualify their billing monthly. Their resource works with our project manager, who assigns them tasks for every sprint.

I’m most impressed with Junkies Coder responsiveness. Whenever we start anything, they’re there to help us within the stipulated time.
