Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Since the collaboration started we recorded an impressive presence in media, with 22 press releases issued and over 470 press articles which helped us build our brand identity and supported us in business partnerships and attract new clients. We ran a radio campaign which impacted our digital campaigns with an increase of 36% in conversions of new clients acquisition. We managed to have constant communication with our existing clients, June supported us in conducting a client satisfaction survey which received a 9.3 NPS.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We had an effective senior project manager assigned. We had weekly face to face meetings, daily phone calls and had their support in online or psychical meetings with our business partners when marketing and communication part was involved. They collaborated closely with our digital agency, meeting them monthly or whenever was needed and ensured that all the actions in the online and offline plan are aligned to get the expected results.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The senior project manager has over 15 years of international experience in the marketing field in the financial services industry. We benefited from this knowledge and the fact that the team was very agile in adapting to our changing needs as a startup, coming up with innovative ideas to support us reaching our objectives and having a good collaboration with the other providers and a close working relationship with our internal team. We felt that they are a part of our company.

Faster is always better if not affecting the quality. Expanding their range of services offered with digital marketing capabilities.
