We hired Jumper Media for their video production services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired Jumper Media to shoot and edit a three-minute video for our event. Their role was to capture our product in a good light and record the small moments within the event. The team also created a lot of slow-motion effects and transitions. They added music, too. Their output was then used for marketing and advertising purposes. On top of that, they helped us grow our Instagram account.

We spent $4,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with them back in February 2022. They delivered the video a week after the event.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They did a great job of showcasing our product, so we had a pretty good ROI on our ads. We had the highest engagement from our audience when we posted the video on Instagram.

After the video was posted, a bunch of people asked us where our next event was. We also received around over 50 comments on our video. Overall, they exceeded our expectations.

They had a great project management process. We communicated over email.

Jumper Media has been helping me revamp, organize, and clean up my Instagram account to help me obtain more followers. They’ve launched a follower campaign that helped me gain more than 400,000 new followers. They’ve also helped me get verified on Instagram.

I’ve seen an increase in our site traffic as well as a 400,000 increase in our social media followers.

I am the Director of Marketing & Events at Lamborghini Club America. Founded in 1975, Lamborghini Club America is the world’s largest organization of members representative of Lamborghini owners and enthusiasts.

For what projects/services did your company hire Jumper Media, and what were your goals?

Lamborghini Club America hosts an event series called Serata Italiana. Jumper Media has provided video story telling for our events for the past six (6) years.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked at several video production companies and after reviewing a handful we choose Jumper Media because of their outstanding work and reviews.

We worked on timeline, shots, script, location scouting, and storyboard. In the end, they always deliver superb videos. Videos we use for social media and to share with clients.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked directly with Colton B. along with the rest of the Jumper Media team to produce amazing videos of our events.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We've shared the videos produced from our recent event in Hawaii to our guests and they love how the story was told. The shorter versions were shared on Facebook and Instagram and generated a lot of engagement. Followers loved the style and drone shots.

Jumper Media team was easy to communicate with and provided frequent updates. We communicated via email, Google Chat, and frequent text messages.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their team is very meticulous with specific event details. They took the time to learn about the Lamborghini lifestyle, different car models, and making each guest feel comfortable.
