How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Very effective. We have a briefing every week, every second week a short 30 minutes debrief on the current status and next actions and they have a very efficient reporting system on the performance of the different accounts. Moreover as soon as there was a request from our side, we would just send them an email and they would answer very fast.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
the nice visual impact, the dynamic redaction style and the content they created but also their knowledge and strategic vision for the positioning of our "product" based on their experience. Last but not least the customer service and their friendliness are also impressive.

I’m the financial director and general manager at a company that sells water treatment systems to homeowners. Our products remove harmful substances like chlorine, bleach, and iron from water. I take care of all the financing for each customer and oversee production at the company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Joseph Studios?
We didn’t have much of an online presence on the web or social media. They were hired to guide our digital presence.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They redid our existing website, incorporating new design layouts and images to pair with our product descriptions. There were serious problems with the old website, and they diagnosed them before jumping in with their work. While the content is essentially the same, they did a considerable amount of restructuring.
Additionally, they established a presence for our brand on all major social media platforms. We now have Glassdoor, Instagram, Facebook, and Google My Business accounts where they post content. Since then, they’ve been focusing on making our site more searchable and managing our reviews.
They also run a monthly email marketing campaign for me through our CRM. The CRM platform initially didn’t work, but they corrected the issue to enable us to run marketing campaigns.

I’m the executive VP of sales and marketing at an IT security company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Joseph Studios?
As with anyone working in tech, it’s important to us to create a fluid end-to-end sales and marketing process to generate leads. We needed to have a way to identify new prospects, manage them through various sales activities, and see them through to a successful conclusion. That’s what drove us to work with Josia Studios.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Josia Studios handles all aspects of marketing for us, from devising marketing campaigns around various products and use cases to creating and delivering content via social media LinkedIn and Twitter. Similarly, they help with messaging and content for our PR vehicles (e.g., press releases, white papers) and make sure that we distribute them via the right channels.
They also help us run webinars within our organization. Their team identifies the ideal target audience for each session. Afterward, they use tools like ZoomInfo to create a prospect list, which we then target via different outbound marketing campaigns. The hope is to drive more sign-ups.
While we retain full responsibility for our website, they do offer SEO services and help us measure our site activity. That includes the number of visitors, page visits, session duration, and more.

I work with Daniel (CEO) who attends our weekly meetings, but I don’t really deal with the rest of their organization. Our head of marketing does that. In effect, we’ve outsourced our marketing department and have our marketing head behaving almost like a project manager.

We were looking for a company that had strong digital marketing competency. I recall that they’d worked with our sister company and had done a great job, so we reached out to them. It also helped that our companies weren’t too far from each other geographically.

They started working with us around November 2019 and continue to stay very engaged on a daily basis. We have enough work and activity underway that we’ll never reach a point where we won’t have a project for them.

We’re extremely pleased with the results, so far. We can actually see the improvement from a quantitative standpoint across all of our different website metrics, which shows that we’re going in the right direction.
Daniel has some unique tactics for identifying the right personas to target that set him apart from other marketing companies. It’s almost like he’s finding a needle in a haystack.
How did Joseph Studios perform from a project management standpoint?
Our head of marketing manages the relationship with Joseph Studios on a daily basis, though I do attend the weekly status call when I’m available. That’s when we go over what we’ve completed and plan future activities. Each activity has a sub plan, which all rolls up into a larger plan for the relationship. We continuously update that with each call.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re experts in digital marketing, and the team is adept at identifying the right individuals and audiences to target.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The only challenge that we face is that a lot of our best marketing centers on customer wins or new strategic partnerships. Sometimes, we’re a little short on newsworthy material for them to market, but that’s more a function of how we’re performing on our end and is not their fault.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Their firm’s ability to be successful depends on how well-organized you are. For Joseph Studios’ to achieve the maximum results, you have to be prepared to have a good go-to-market strategy ready. Do more work on the frontend and be ready to have those frank discussions early on. Otherwise, you’ll lose a lot of time going through a long discovery phase.

We needed their help with new client acquisition and customer retention through content creation.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Initially, Joseph Studios only handled our blog-writing efforts. The blogs are posted on our LinkedIn page and official website. Then, we started using their social media management services. With time they became our full-on CMO stand-in. Our process is pretty simple. Joseph Studios creates the content; I look it over and either give the go-ahead or provide modifications. If needed, they make the requested changes.
They manage our Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts. There’s a big focus on LinkedIn because that’s where our customer base is located. Currently, they’re just doing blog writing for us until COVID-19 settles down. After that, we’ll fully be going back to what we were doing before.

Joseph Studios gives us a monthly report based on performance. Their work has improved our SEO rankings because it’s consistent, quality content that they’re putting on our blog. Overall, our process is pretty easy. Their team doesn’t require a lot of oversight on my part. The content is great and there are never grammatical errors.

Everything has been excellent. They’re very organized and detail-oriented. Their response time is less than an hour or two. We touch base on a bi-weekly basis and communicate through email and Zoom.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their customer engagement and service are phenomenal, as well as their flexibility. I can send an email and ask to change the blog content to X, Y, and Z and it’ll be done. There’s no push back, and that’s really nice.
In this coronavirus situation, we’re trying to stay on top of current topics in our space. Joseph Studios’ flexibility to change those topics and content on the fly is really exceptional. I don’t think we’d get that with someone else.

No, there are no areas for improvement. They’ve done everything we’ve asked. Daniel comes from a military background so he doesn’t leave anything to chance. He’s gone above and beyond to engage our services for his team. I couldn’t ask for much more from them.

Don’t waste your time looking at other competitors. It’s going to be more expensive and the quality and customer service won’t be anywhere near the level that Daniel has.

Joseph Studios takes our clients and get them to rank in search engines like Google, Bing, and Yahoo. They do a detailed analysis of keywords to use and figure out ways to get those keywords listed on the client’s site, whether it’s writing blogs, updating copy, or updating backend data. One client last month got results from Joseph Studios’ SEO that are the equivalent of spending $30,000 in advertising. The products they deliver are solid. Joseph Studios provides hands-on, detailed analyses of what they’re going to do and thorough reports of what they are doing. It’s a month-to-month service without a contract, so we have to make sure that our clients know they’re getting an ROI. With Joseph Studios’ numbers, we can point to how much is generated for a client on a weekly basis.
We still have clients with them that are very happy. I thought we would lose more clients, but many of them who do SEO haven’t stopped. When you stop an SEO process, you fall behind. Joseph Studios helped us educate our clients, and it’s clearly worked.

Joseph Studios is super responsive. We look for certain criteria to tell our clients, and their reports are exactly what we ask for. They always give us a list of what they did the previous week and what they plan to next week. It’s super seamless: my clients get the data they need, and so do we.

Our point of contact is in the US, which makes it a lot easier to communicate. There’s no delay. I can literally text or call the owner on his cell phone, and he’ll answer, ask what I need, and then give it to me right away. It’s definitely worth it.

For what I use them for, they’re spot on. I haven’t looked at their other services, but we might if we have to downsize our own operations.

Try the service and see if it gets you results. You can determine if it’s working or not fairly fast, but give it at least three months.

The goal of this project was to have on a regular basis published articles based on our website viewers' interests.

When we decided to look for an outside service provider we firstly tried with a freelancer but it didn't turn up well at all. Never actually worked with them. Things started to happen such as stolen laptop and inability to recover their work and eventually they withdraw their interest in working with us.

Once we got the ball rolling we had a weekly touchpoint with Hailey and Dina. Once a month we had a sync meeting with Daniel where we dicuss how we are moving and where we can make improvements.

I find the workflow between the teams very effective. There's barely any adjustments to the copy (or overall look) of the articles they create for us. Once we deliver, we create the artwork and publish the articles.
