We came to know about them through the website. We had taken their free trial service and found them best.

Our project with them is to fulfill the demand of uploading new product images on the web and that’s why we hired them. We basically provide them the raw photos of our product and they made them suitable for the commercial use.

We were searching for some professional company that can produce the best images for the marketing of our products in the websites or somewhere else. Background Removal Services has been discovered much professional and responsible in this manner.

We need the images in a certain time in a regular basis. Our experience with them till date has been much comprehensive. Their ability to produce good quality editing in a short time is very important for us and that’s why the workflow us has been massive.

They like to work hard and this tendency has impressed us. They are also very much responsive and they are much creative and accurate in their works. They also emphasize in on-time delivery.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

This company is being improved regularly. Nevertheless, they have something more to emphasize to improve themselves and that is the quantity of production. I will suggest them to take a look in this side.

I’m the managing director of a Microsoft-authorized refurbisher. We’re an IT services company based in Bangalore, India.

We initially relied on them for web design. We later brought them on to develop e-commerce capabilities for us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

For the web design project, they delivered a new platform from scratch. They essentially provided us with layout options to choose from. They then implemented e-commerce capabilities into our site. We decided to discard that functionality due to external reasons. They later assisted us with a site migration from GoDaddy to another provider. They continue to provide maintenance for our web solutions.

We have one point of contact. I believe he delegates the tasks to his team.

We were looking for a local provider who could work with us in person. We engaged them because they’re located close to our office. We called them, and we’ve been working with them all these years.

We’ve spent less than $5,000 on their services.

We started working together sometime in 2014. It’s an ongoing partnership.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They fulfill all our requirements. They’ve delivered web designs that have met our expectations; we’re quite happy with their services. While there’s been one instance of a challenge, it’s been a pleasant experience with them.

Our experience has been great. They’re strong communicators, they’re always on time, and over the last three years in particular, they’ve been very accommodating of what they can provide.

They’re exceptionally flexible. You can change your requirements from time to time, and they’ll be happy to adapt to those shifts.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve the SEO side of their services. It hasn’t been an issue, and it’s not something we fault them for because SEO wasn’t a service we were pursuing anyway.

They’re glad to accept changes in requirements, so you can make use of their flexibility.

We had a logo but ended up losing the file. I was looking for someone who could create a new logo for me.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Jootoor Designs has done quite a few things in the area of design. They redesigned my logo and helped with web marketing.

While their work with our WordPress site is paused because of the quarantine, the team continues their graphic work and SEO services.

What is the team composition?

I started off by talking to a person who forwarded everything to a designer who created the logo. Once he did the sketch, there was another person who gave us the digital version. For the website, there was a lead who took our requirements and a team behind them. We were also in touch with the head of the company.

I found 3–4 companies in a Google search. I got a quote from everyone, but I was most pleased with Jootoor Designs’ website. They showed me their past work and what they’d be giving me along with the logo.

Our engagement with Jootoor Designs started in December 2017.

After seeing their final results, a few friends asked for their references. I’m extremely satisfied with their work.

Jootoor Designs meets deadlines. We communicate through phone calls and WhatsApp. Once the work is finalized, they send it through email. The head of the company also provided us with tips throughout.

The team followed our requirements and delivered what we expected. They came up with what we were looking for.

Their responsiveness could improve. Whenever we contact them through text, it takes longer, but if I call, they’re available. They need to be quicker via text.

We didn’t do a lot of research about what we were looking for. I suggest doing your research and talking to them. They’ll be able to deliver it faster.
