I'm Head of QA department at Traffic Logix. Our company produces and delivers traffic signs and traffic sign software from scratch, using IoT technology and big data. We offer sophisticated products that we continuously update with new integrations and features.
For what projects/services did your company hire JobSphera LLC?
Traffic Logix company has development centers in Canada and Ukraine. Last two months, we were looking for QA Engineers and DevOps specialists
How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?
We searched over directories as Clutch, Goodfirms, etc. Also, I asked my friends for advice. After considering and reviewing about ten companies, our choice was stopped at Job Sphera, it was the best option.

Collaboration was smooth and easy. JobSphera's team got more than 60 CVs of candidates, they provided screening and tech interviews. As a result, Jobsphera provided us with around 10 CVs of high-level candidates with reports and helped us with onboarding.

The start of communication was with the manager, after that we worked with Oksy - the recruitment specialist, she was very professional.
Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
As a result of cooperation, we hired the great DevOps and we did it faster than we expected without wasting time for search and screening tones of CVs.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
It was pretty effective. We liked how JobSphera provides tech interviews on their side and gets us good reports, so we could choose the ace of aces. We are going to continue working with this company.

I'm the founder and CEO at a digital marketing company. We're reinventing Digital Out-of-Home Advertising to make it a great alternative to online ads. Our solution is a distributed and decentralized digital out-of-home ad network connecting advertisers with location owners. The network is created around food and beverages’ venues and made of our unique, patent-pending, smart table digital billboards.
For what projects/services did your company hire JobSphera LLC?
Our solution is a distributed and decentralized digital out-of-home ad network connecting advertisers with location owners. The technology of our network leverages blockchain and smart contracts to directly open the display capacity to advertisers without requiring multiple intermediaries in the middle. At the time we didn't have HR capabilities so we wanted them to handle the whole process. It was important for us not to lose focus on the core business by avoiding evaluating non-relevant candidates.
How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?
We were looking for a reliable recruiting agency that could find and recruit qualified engineers and help us create our product. After considering a couple of other agencies, we choose Job Sphera as they had a straightforward engagement model.

From the start, we were provided with a personal account manager. After that, they asked us to provide all the technical and non-technical requirements, we agreed on specific expectations, and they began to work on our case., Every week we had update meetings about the progress. Their workflow made our search more effective.

We had a dedicated manager with whom we had a weekly update. In addition, they had recruiters working on our case.

In total, we hired a team of 6 people: Interim CTO, Web Designer, Full Stack developer, two QA Engineers (Manual and Automation) and a Project Manager. We were happy with their level of service.

The candidates that were presented to us, were pretty strong and almost always matched our requirements and expectations as the firm ran a few screening interview rounds before us. This helped us save a time and costs by avoiding to meet non-relevant candidates. From my experience, it is rare when the workflow works so effectively.

We had an open position with a difficult technology stack, our client looked for a Senior Full-Stack developer (Java, Node.Js, Angular), so we were needed additional help.
