We are wondering for BPO company, and our marketing team analyze online & goes through the R & D process then they suggested this company for customer support.
Describe the project in detail.
The main role of Jindal X in this project is that they have to manage customer calls and listen to their requirements carefully. And then cross verify that he really is our customer, then proceed the call for a solution department where a customer gets their solution for his concern.
What was the team composition?
When we assign the project to Jindal X, then we thought it's very difficult for our team to understanding the work structure and managing the data. but I was wrong, they managed all things perfectly.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Yes of course. Before we hired the JindalX then our customer satisfaction rate was 60%. but after working with JindalX our customer satisfaction rate are 85% and all things are managed perfectly. they increase our customer satisfaction rate by 25% and we highly recommended this company to others.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow between both teams was really good. they shared all of the data and customer requirements. which helps us to make changes in our services accordingly.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The most impressive thing about Jindal X is that "Quick Response".
Are there any areas for improvement?
Yes! Here I suggest increasing the no. of employees. And yes they already have a large team but I think it should be a bit large.
