I have had the privilege of working with all types of people and organizations.  One of my favorite experiences is being able to work with that person just starting a new company, almost no money in the bank and only a dream of where they want to go and what they hope to accomplish.  All they need is someone to help them formulate a plan to get there.  My oldest son is in that situation right now, having his own company in Jacksonville for the last 3 years.  It is exciting for me to see the challenges he faces and to be able to guide him along the way.  I also enjoy the opportunities that come with the large organizations.  I have had the pleasure of serving as the budget and finance director of a multi-million dollar governmental entity.
