JF Moran was hired by a helicopter company to pick up a helicopter outside the US and ship it. The team was also responsible for insuring the shipment.
The helicopter was supposed to arrive in three days, but JF Moran took four months to deliver it. When the helicopter finally arrived, it was damaged, and the client had to spend $7,000 on repairs. The team responded and performed poorly throughout the engagement, so the project was a disaster.

The shipment of the helicopter was only suppose to be 3 days to deliver & it took 4 months ! When I finally received the helicopter it was damaged, which I purchased $560,000.00 worth of insurance on the shipment of the helicopter & they would not cover the damages that was done !
I spent about $7,000.00 repairing the damages ! I spent a lot of time and labor doing the repairs ! I spent a lot of wasted time on the phone, with e-mail and talking to different employees about trying to get the damages covered , but they would not cover it by no means ! They did refund my insurance premium, but it was only less than $1200.00, that would not even cover one of the parts that was damaged !
The Worst shipping company that I have dealt with & was referred to me by a friend of mine that was an employee of AAA cooper transportation & he was a good friend of mine !
