What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our projects have been successful with their help. Jeel Media’s work has boosted trust between us and our clients. We currently have a project in Istanbul, Turkey and we don’t know how the culture works there in terms of social media and brand awareness. Jeel Media is helping us a lot in getting more deals from our client for development services, so we’re very happy with them.
How did Jeel Media perform from a project management standpoint?
I’m in contact with them every two weeks but my staff is in touch with them on a daily basis. We had several delays in the beginning due to cultural differences between them and our client. Once they better understood their market, they delivered successfully.
I’m very pleased with them now. We usually communicate over email but if something is really important, they’ll reach out by phone. Overall, their service is excellent.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Jeel Media does a very good job of understanding their client’s needs even if it will delay the project a little. They insist on comprehending everything in order to deliver the best service they can offer. They’re not just looking for revenue, but rather forming long-term collaborations with their clients.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could improve their adherence to deadlines and focus on the new technologies emerging for social media, especially in AI.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Clients need to understand that they focus their work on their region. They have some limitations when it comes to other areas. The client needs to help them understand the culture they’re targeting. Other than that, Jeel Media is excellent and very committed. I believe they will become the best social media company in the near future in their regional market.
