Founder Kun Tang combines Chinese-native market knowledge with an MBA in International Marketing from Germany (Hochschule Pforzheim), creating an agency culture he describes as "Chinese speed with German quality." Tang and Pentzek co-authored "SEO for China: Chinese Search Engine Optimization" (2022), the most comprehensive English-language guide to Baidu SEO.
