Web & Mobile App Dev for Vehicle Telematics SaaS Provider
"iWebServices came up as a good provider for smaller companies with limited resources, like mine."

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the CEO and founder of carKenny, a vehicle telematics security SaaS company. We provide consumers and fleet owners access to vital vehicle information, including maintenance data, GPS location, and access to video, live stream, and audio playback.
What challenge were you trying to address with iWebServices?
I was looking to scale up my mobile and web platforms at a reasonable cost.
What was the scope of their involvement?
iWebServices is our official web and mobile app development partner. I provide them with the app requirements and data they use for the development. We're currently in the third stage of the app development process. Once the apps are complete, iWebServices will scale up the solution and make additions to benefit our company.
What is the team composition?
We work with 10 teammates from iWebServices, mostly app developers and software engineers. There is also a project manager and lead business consultant working on the project.
How did you come to work with iWebServices?
I did an online search to find a web and app developer, searching all across the globe to find the right outsourcing company. Many companies we talked to quoted the project above $100,000, which was a lot of money for us. After doing due diligence, iWebServices came up as a good provider for smaller companies with limited resources, like mine. We had an initial call to discuss the project's scope and how their work with larger companies could benefit our company. They then provided us with an affordable price quote, and we decided to move forward with the engagement.
How much have you invested with them?
We've invested around $15,000 with iWebServices so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our partnership with iWebServices began in August 2020 and it's ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Despite some delays on my end, our web and mobile solutions should be finalized within the next few weeks. Right now, we're measuring iWebServices' success internally, focusing on their speed and cost, which are both very good.
How did iWebServices perform from a project management standpoint?
iWebServices has exceptional project management. At the beginning of the project, they broke the development down into key milestones for us to hit. We track the milestones on an online platform they utilize.
Their team is in constant contact with me — we work with the project manager and business consultant daily to provide feedback on the project and discuss current challenges. They are available 24 hours a day via email and WhatsApp; sometimes, I have to communicate with them late at night since they're an offshore company in a different timezone.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We have a great relationship with iWebServices. iWebServices is open and honest about their capabilities; they communicate their limitations to us and ensure we're getting what we need at a reasonable cost. iWebServices can handle projects quickly for a variety of companies, from transportation companies to major retailers.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I may have more to add once the project is complete, but so far, I don't have anything for them to improve. We've been able to work through any developmental limitations we've run into.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I'd advise customers to map out what they want and need from iWebServices. It's important to focus on balancing the budget and scope of work while not limiting the project. Customers should stand their ground on what they want from the development process and be transparent about their final goals with iWebServices.

Mobile App & Website Dev for Artist-Tipping Platform
“They’ve delivered as promised.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the sole member of an artist-tipping platform.
What challenge were you trying to address with iWebServices?
We hired iWebServices to develop our website and mobile app, which had Android and iOS versions.
What was the scope of their involvement?
iWebServices worked on our website and mobile app at the same time. The mobile app offered artists the ability to upload digital representations of their art. It also allowed end users to tip the artists.
Meanwhile, the website was our marketing piece linked to the mobile app. It allowed users to upload videos and blogs and collect comments from customers. Apart from that, iWebServices also created landing pages. Moreover, I gave them ideas about the app and website’s user flow, and they made suggestions to improve the efficiency of that flow.
At present, we’re getting ready to market the product, though we haven’t started with that yet.
What is the team composition?
I’ve worked with about four people from their team, including three project managers.
How did you come to work with iWebServices?
I found them online while searching on Google.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested about $12,000, which is the fixed fee for everything they do for us.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in January 2019, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
iWebServices has delivered the mobile app, and it has been accepted on Google Play and App Store. The product I’ve received is pretty good; it’s a proof-of-concept (POC) app, meaning something like it has never existed before.
How did iWebServices perform from a project management standpoint?
In terms of project management, they’ve delivered as promised, but it’s taken a lot more time and effort than I’ve estimated. To communicate, we’ve used Slack, Zoom, and WhatsApp.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I like that they’ve been able to complete the design work for recreating the look and feel of the app. Their team has also created a database for the app’s data. In other words, it’s impressive that they have members who can design, build a database, develop a website, and create apps for iOS and Android.
Are there any areas they could improve?
It’ll be helpful if they can set more reasonable expectations around how long the project will take. That being said, the COVID-19 pandemic has happened during our project, and it’s hard to plan for a pandemic.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Identify and understand how much effort you’ll spend on the product’s development. You’ll likely have a 12-hour difference with iWebServices, so you must make yourself available in the early mornings and evenings. Remember that things aren’t going to happen instantly.
For example, if you ask them to make changes, it’s going to take a week or so before they finish processing it and implementing your change. You’ll also have to spend an equal amount of time testing the system to ensure that your request has happened and doesn’t cause problems.

Custom Software Development for Healthcare Company
"Their team comes up to speed quickly regarding learning what the client is trying to accomplish."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of the Steve Holmes Group. We’re an application and consulting company that focuses on medical software for hospitals.
What challenge were you trying to address with iWebServices?
We required a new software to be developed for Android and hand-held PDA devices.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They wrote and developed two pieces of new software for us around supply chain materials management and inventory control, as well as patient charges. We started from scratch — it’s capable of integrating with Meditech software, which is standard software that hospitals run to manage their day-to-day operations and patient care.
At the end of development, we had to go on-site to hospitals for one week to install it, and Mahabir (Founder) and our project manager were available 24-hours a day every day. I could send an email if the hospital encountered any errors and iWebServices would respond within the hour. They made any changes we needed and returned the code back to me immediately so we could implement it.
We’ll continue to work with them in the future, making upgrades as things change. There are also some tasks I’ve wanted to do for a long time, such as creating additional code, that we’re starting to work on now.
What is the team composition?
We deal directly with Mahabir and another resource, who focuses on project management. There are three people we deal with directly, including a more technical resource, and they relay our requirements to the programming team.
How did you come to work with iWebServices?
I initially did an internet search and called a bunch of companies that iWebServices had worked with before. They all spoke very highly of iWebServices, so I contacted them directly, and our relationship has grown since then.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $15,000–$20,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working together since January 2019. The initial phase of the software was implemented on February 1st, and now we’re working on phase two.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Overall, we’re very happy with the software that they developed. It’s had a positive impact on your business.
How did iWebServices perform from a project management standpoint?
They're very good at meeting their deadlines. In the beginning, it was a bit slow because they were trying to understand our business concept and the outcomes we were trying to achieve. I don’t think they’d done medical projects before.
Every week on Tuesday, we have a call and review the metrics, and changes are introduced on Fridays. This gives us Saturday, Sunday, and Monday to review the changes before meeting again on Tuesday. That process of two major contacts every week maintained us during phase one development. They also have a nice website that has tasks, messages, emails, and project documents on it.
We have a language difference, and a huge time difference — Boston to New Delhi — but they made themselves available. Oftentimes, the calls are at 8:30 PM their time. There is also the difference between what we call things in the medical space and what they call them in the civilian space. It was tough initially, but we’ve had fun with it. This isn’t a negative — now, they fully understood the outcomes we’re trying to achieve, the process, and the medical terminology. It’s been a learning process for all of us.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We have status calls every Tuesday to review metrics and then identify things that need to be changed by Friday. There aren’t many days between Tuesday and Friday, so this is the most impressive thing about iWebServices.
Their team comes up to speed quickly regarding learning what the client is trying to accomplish. They are flexible as well, especially with the scope. We were going to do something on a Windows mobile platform, but we scrapped it and converted to Android because the hardware was no longer available.
I am very impressed with Mahabir, as well. If I have a concern, I send him an email and he responds right away. I don’t know if I could have a better partner.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We’re doing this now, but one of my requests in phase one was for more direct communication. In our Tuesday meetings, we relayed our requirements to our project manager and a resource who was technically literate. They would tell the development team what we wanted, but there weren’t any developers present at the meeting. In phase two, the gentleman on the Tuesday call is an actual programmer, and I noticed a tremendous difference right away.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Make sure you know how you want the software to work in good detail. Don’t leave anything up to chance. Before you begin the project, you really want to work with them to identify every little thing, end-to-end;
The second thing that I missed the boat on was that I was telling them how to do build the software in phase one. I don’t know how to write software, but I was telling them how to write software. That’s not ideal, so once you have your detailed specifications, let iWebServices build the software They’re top-notch, and they’ll make it work properly.

Web, App, & LMS Devs for Community Development Org
"I’m happy with their ability to be flexible and work with us to build what we want."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of CTDCLearning, which is a not-for-profit training and community development center.
What challenge were you trying to address with iWebServices?
We needed to improve our technical abilities and build technologies to augment our solutions to meet communities' needs. We needed a website that we could easily update on our own. That was the first time we partnered with iWeb.
What was the scope of their involvement?
iWeb designed, developed, and hosted our website. They built it to enable us to make changes and created many different pages with unique information on each. Their team also linked our Facebook and Instagram pages and created a search function. They also incorporated all of the information from a simple website we had.
After that project, we needed to develop four different mobile apps targeted to specific community projects. Their team helped with the technologies for those projects. We provided them with the content and then they designed the apps for us. Their team gamified all of the apps, making them more challenging for users. While some were directed at youth, others were directed at seniors. They’re on the Apple and Android stores.
Once the COVID-19 pandemic hit, we needed to move our training from in-person to online. iWeb helped us develop an LMS (learning management system) based in Moodle so that we could offer all of our training online.
What is the team composition?
I mostly communicate Mahabir (Founder & CEO).
How did you come to work with iWebServices?
We have a business partner who already worked with iWeb. That’s how we found them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve probably spent more than $10,000 on their services.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started our ongoing relationship with iWeb in 2014.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I measure products' success based on whether I like it or not and whether it’s useful or not for our projects. All of their products met those standards. I like the appearance of the products, and they're exactly what I wanted. I’m happy with their work.
How did iWebServices perform from a project management standpoint?
We mostly communicate via email. Our business partner also phones them through Zoom or Skype. They always complete their tasks and give us a finished product. Their team’s good.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I’m happy with their ability to be flexible and work with us to build what we want.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I’m not a technical person and wouldn’t know how they could improve their processes. Anything our business partner suggests, iWeb does and it works out beautifully for us.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be prepared with a clear picture of what you want. It’s also important to consider their advice. It’s also helpful to have a local partner to work with iWeb.

Business Analyst at TC Transcontinental
For what projects/services did your company hire iWebServices, and what were your goals?
We were looking for someone to create a well-navigable and easy loading mobile app. Our main goal is to make our services easily available to those people on the go.
How did you select iWebServices and what were the deciding factors?
We have a thorough meeting for our new mobile app and its upcoming ideas. After getting an outline, we have shortlisted few of the firms. Among the lot, we started looking for the credentials and high review rate, and that’s how we came across iwebservices. I has a talk directly with the representatives of this firm, and they were able to match my choices well.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
I asked the iwebservices’s team members to create an easily navigable mobile, which will not just look attractive, but provide customers with their services on the go. Even though we had just a basic outline, it was the reliable team from iwebservices, which made it a reality. They were kind enough to hold online consultation with me and my team to learn about our requirements, and then precede further to transform my dream of having a great mobile app.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
There were actually five people coordinating with us on our project. There were the main mobile developers and designers forming the core of the group. Then there were members from testing team to check the app before making it live.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
After my mobile app got live, I increased my customer base three times than what it was before. It is an easy mobile app that we asked for and the team from iwebservices delivered it perfectly. Right now, I can get more customers on a daily basis, looking for our digital marketing services to enhance their workflow. I would highly recommend iwebservices to anyone looking for a mobile app for their companies.

The team from iwebservices believes in transparent communication.Even their management team is flawless and seamless at the same time. They had their official phone number always open for their clients. Even after that, we were also able to send them emails, just to stay connected. I love how professional this company is actually. They know how to deliver mobile apps on time and will also make the necessary changes if you ask them to. They will go through each and every part of your mobile app thoroughly, just to help you get what you need.

App Development for Educational Consulting Firm

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of Flowork International, an educational consulting firm. We work with K-12, higher education, and community service programs to help them develop their programs more effectively.
What challenge were you trying to address with iWebServices?
One of our clients was looking to develop a mobile app.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Our client created a challenge for employment services in their community. We hired iWebServices to help develop an app so that participants of the challenge could complete it on their smartphones. The iWebService team built the mobile app to be compatible with both iOS and Android.
The app is completed, but as new additions are required or requested, iWebServices provides support.
What is the team composition?
We worked with four people in total: two developers, one for the iOS platform and the other for Android. We also engaged with a QA lead and a project coordinator.
How did you come to work with iWebServices?
We were referred to iWebServices from another organization that had used their services in the past. We started having conversations with them, and ultimately decided they would be a good fit for our project.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent about $25,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working with iWebServices in December 2017, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We measure their success on two levels. The first is whether or not the team meets agreed-upon milestones. The second piece is whether or not those deliverables have issues, and if so, how minimal they are. On those two fronts, iWebServices has been extremely consistent.
How did iWebServices perform from a project management standpoint?
iWebServices has performed quite well. There’s always good two-way communication, and they’re excellent at keeping us updated if there are any problems that would affect deadlines. We never expected a problem-free engagement, and we appreciated that iWebServices was always upfront when they came up. We felt comfortable with them.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The innovation the team brought to the build was extremely impressive. Whenever we brought our ideas to the table, they were always able to provide feedback and improve upon them. It was very helpful as we weren’t aware of all the possibilities there were for the app. Their developers really think outside the box to go above and beyond for the project.
Also, their communication and ability to manage our expectations really stood out from other providers.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can’t think of anything.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Before going to iWebServices, make sure you work with your internal team to really understand the scope of the project. Having a firm idea of what you want to accomplish, both conceptually and specifically, will speed up the process.

We have developed multiple Assessment tools, online Practice Quizzes for Project Managers
What were your goals for this project?
To launch an App that supports individuals become more conscious of their behaviour and how their own internal barriers/enablers may be preventing them from transferring learning to their work/life.

What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their understanding of complex architecture allowed them to create systems in ways that have not been done before. They really pushed technology boundaries.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Quality checking could be improved - coders and this goes for every programmer I've ever worked with often look at the project from the perspective of the code/IT framework only and not from the user perspective.

During the first interaction, I shared my app development requirements, design concept, etc to the team. They then chalked out the well-suited development strategy, implemented it properly, and carried out development work proficiently.
The developers coded apps on both platforms including iOS and Android. They also integrated features like easy multilingual onboarding, locate meal host, track host, etc. into the app.
What was the team composition?
The team composition for my project was assigned as a project manager, 2 front-end engineers, 2 back-end engineers and a QA professional .
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Though the app struggled initially to attract users, it finally witnessed vast user engagement after small modifications in the user interface.
The iWebServices team made the interface more interactive by adding images, elements, etc. The app has witnessed 5000+ downloads so far and is contributing a lot in revenue generation.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The team was well-supportive, communicative and collaborative. They carried out the development job in a defined way. They contacted my team every time for getting feedback or giving updates about project development. The overall workflow was highly smooth.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The best thing about iWebServices is that their developers possess vast knowledge in the mobile app development domain. When it comes to food ordering development, they are indeed masterpieces.
They always follow the latest app development trends and implement these to make the app advanced and also to increase its usability. They also have a good understanding of the right features, functionalities, etc. for a food delivery app.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Everything was good. The iWebServices team was highly supportive right from the start of development work. I am highly satisfied with the way they carry out their work.
iWebServices organizes the project in developmental milestones; they'll meet the final milestone and launch the product in a few weeks. They discuss progress daily via email or WhatsApp. Their team is clear about their capabilities and ensures the scope of work is met while staying within budget.
