What challenge were you trying to address with Itzfizz Digital?

I was using Zoom and WhatsApp for lectures and sharing recordings, and I wanted to build a website to streamline that process. I had an idea in my head, but I didn’t know anything about web development.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Itzfizz Digital consulted with me and made a plan for building the website. I specified what colors and what kinds of pictures I wanted, and they made any changes I wanted. They designed and developed the website in WordPress, and they provided SEO and PPC services. They gave me a list of words to use for content writing.

The site tracks students’ progress, and it has a blog. I can upload lectures on it without their assistance.

What is the team composition?

I worked with Mohammed (Digital Marketing and Growth Consultant) and two other people.

How did you come to work with Itzfizz Digital?

I heard of Mohammed through word of mouth. I liked his website, so I discussed my idea with him before moving on to the project.

How much have you invested with them?

I invested around $600.

What is the status of this engagement?

I started working with Itzfizz in December 2020, and the site was completed in February 2021. I delayed the project a little because I wasn’t giving them the content on time.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’m very happy with Itzfizz’s work. I love the pictures they put on the website. They convey the cultural feel I wanted.

I’ve shared the site only with my students so far, and 15 of them have enrolled so far, out of a total of 50. I have students in the 35–75 age range, and the site is very easy for them to use.

How did Itzfizz Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

We had regular Google Meet sessions during development. I sent them requirements through email and WhatsApp. There was never a time when they dragged something along, and I always got replies immediately.

What did you find most impressive about them?

No matter how silly my request was, they never got irritated with me, and they did it right away. They held my hand all the way.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, we're very happy. I just wish they had a content writer on their team. It took me a long time to write the content.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I recommend having a conversation with them. They’re very proactive and flexible.

I started my business recently and wanted to grow my brand. I needed a digital marketing agency to help me because I had no knowledge of digital marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Itzfizz Digital helped me in my process of building my brand. After patiently explaining all of their services to me, they provided social media marketing for me from November to December. Then I decided to give it a go and build my website with them. They continue to work on my website, and I’m also planning to have them do my SEO.

I’m in contact with the CEO, I get all the details from him directly.  

How did you come to work with Itzfizz Digital?

I saw their ad on Facebook and contacted them. They’re very friendly and professional, and quite economical too. I looked at other options as well, but I wasn’t confident in what they were providing and the prices were too high.

I have invested less than $10,000.

We started working together in November 2020 and it's ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After four months, I got over 400 followers on Instagram because of them. Additionally, I gained over 100 clients from Instagram and Facebook and saw a rise in sales. There are always people inquiring about my services. They did a good job. I’m happy with the whole process of building my website too.

How did Itzfizz Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

I get weekly updates from the CEO about my website and social media. We communicate via phone calls and WhatsApp. I meet him in person 2-3 times per month. They’re very informative since this isn’t my area of expertise.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Working with Itzfizz Digital is a good opportunity to grow your business. It’s really hard to find services like this that are affordable. They’re smart and knowledgeable, as well as providing economical services. They have a really good range of services. The quality of their work is impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’m happy with them. I’ve gotten the best results so far.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Get in touch with them and go meet them. Try to understand how they’re working. You never know if you might need some advanced tools or something to grow your business on a larger scale. Be very vocal about what you want. If you don’t like something, let them know to change it.

I run a women’s clothing boutique and oversee it along with my partner. We cater to walk-in customers and create customized garments designed specifically for women.

What challenge were you trying to address with Itzfizz Digital?

We’re mainly an offline business, but since everything went online because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we wanted to scale up a bit and grow our online presence. As a result, we approached Itzfizz. 

Mohammed (Digital Marketing & Growth Consultant) helped us create a website and purchase the domain name and hosting. They also helped us create our logo.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The Itzfizz team designed our entire website, which they also optimized for keywords. They initially asked us what we wanted to showcase online, and Mohammed gave us a detailed outline of how the website would look like.

When we first approached them, we wanted to use social media to generate leads. However, they recommended creating a website where we could send leads and build our credibility. Their branding team also created our logo.

Currently, they’re working on our SEO efforts, which they started in February 2021. They’ve also started building our LinkedIn page.

What is the team composition?

Currently, we’re working with three people from their team, which includes a content creator and another person from the design team. Mohammed is in charge of running Itzfizz, and he also works on this project.

How did you come to work with Itzfizz Digital?

We met them through a referral. Our friends told us that Itzfizz was a nice marketing agency, and on their website, we saw good client testimonials. We requested a face-to-face conversation, and they came to us. Then, we spoke to them about the project, and we started working together. 

How much have you invested with them?

So far, we’ve invested around $1,250. We spent around $500 on the website, and they’re charging us around $750 for SEO services.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the project in January 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They finished the website within a month. Ever since we went online, we’ve been getting almost one lead per day with around 10% conversion. That’s great because one lead costs us almost 8,000 rupees (approximately $110 USD), so a 10% conversion is a good ratio that indicates good profit. 

Itzfizz also meets our budget constraints. Our budget is limited, but they’ve been able to execute the project well. They’ve translated the entire design into a website with a good UX. Moreover, the logo is perfect. They’ve also been generous in terms of making changes to the website. 

They’re economical when it comes to digital marketing, and they offer a lot of services. I’ll invest more in them provided they charge me the same rate as they do now. 

How did Itzfizz Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Most of the time, we communicate through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails. They coded the website and connected it to WordPress, which is very useful in terms of publishing and making changes to blogs. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their prices are on point. Itzfizz has a very economical model, and the service has been fantastic for the price point. Overall, they underpromise and overdeliver.

When we were initially shifting locations, we needed some very creative work, and they helped us do that at very economical prices. It was a good experience. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’m satisfied with their service, but I wish they offer more offline marketing services. I understand that they’re a digital marketing agency, but I'll appreciate using offline marketing services at later stages. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Ask for the person in charge — Mohammed — because he’s fantastic, and he knows his way around marketing. He has a fantastic knowledge of whatever you want to execute, and he breaks them down into very simple things. If you want the best results, you should talk to him.
