I's hard to say if these numbers are good, because I don't have any numbers of other branches to compare with. Another problem was that my landing page was not efficient enough, which we understood only after 2 Months of the project which led to zero conversions.

In general the flow was good, except that the managers, who led my project switched 3 times, which made the working flow a little harder. Nonetheless, all the managers are competent in their field and are ready to answer all my questions!

SEO work is clearly defined by time frames, I have access to a Google spreadsheet that defines the deadlines for each item in the work plan. The project manager adds the result for each item of the plan to the table, so I can control the work on the project at any time.

The deadlines for each item of the plan can be shifted, while all work on the project is always performed within the reporting period Also, each item that requires approval is sent to me, for example, articles for posting on the site, technical tasks for purchasing links, etc.
