Please describe your company and your position there.

Askato Media LP is a UK-based company that focuses on online spiritual services. I'm one of the partners in this venture.

For what projects/services did your company hire Iteora GmbH?

We hired Iteora GmbH to create and manage the IT system for Askato Media LP's products, namely online spiritual platforms.

What were your goals for this project?

Our primary goal was to establish market-leading local platforms for people who are interested in the spiritual field.

How did you select this vendor?

A mutual contact recommended Iteora GmbH. They had concluded successful projects together before.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

Iteora GmbH planned and drafted the entire product from scratch. Their responsibilities included but were not limited to choosing the IT solutions to use and designing the platforms’ layout. They manage and maintain our whole IT system, which entails planned developments and occasional bug fixing. 

The team built the billing infrastructure and held business discussions with various banks. Their 24/7 IT services include running the networks and servers our project required. Ad-hoc support they offer covers all other areas of project and business development.

What was the team composition?

The team composition changed based on need through stages of the project. We worked with a business and product development lead, designer and front-end developer, and a few backend developers. On occasion, we discussed business or customer-related matters.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our work with Iteora GmbH helped us to kick off our project and bring our initial idea to realization. Their company helped us get through some critical moments.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Using JIRA allows everyone to follow tasks and track deadlines effectively. Topic-based Skype groups chats have been tremendously helpful for our various operations like billing developments and general tech issues. Iteora GmbH is very flexible and involved about taking us that extra mile.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was most impressed with Iteora’s innate ability to find the minimum viable option even when it may have hurt their budget. In my opinion, that’s the most important asset for a project owner. They helped us save money and effort and produced something that does more than merely look good on paper.

Are there any areas where they can improve?

There is always room to improve, but nothing crucial comes to mind that would have made a project on our scale more successful.
