BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

IntenteX is a text and sentiment analysis tool for cloud, mobile and desktop platforms. I am the development manager.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with IT Respublica?

We needed someone to design the products and the engine and make it work as well as someone to create our API.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The technology was checked by our software development architect, and he is happy with what IT Respublica provided. They have finalized the API engine for our software, and now they’re making the products for the end users. They provide a project manager, 4 permanent developers and there are other on-call developers.

How did you come to work with IT Respublica?

They are a very well-known software development company. I think they have 30 years of experience and have hundreds of successful projects. They know what they’re doing, and we were confident that they could provide exactly what we wanted.

How much have you invested with IT Respublica?

The cost of the project was more than $300,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started our relationship in May 2016, and we’re still working with them.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

The API has been released, and you can find us online. We are now looking for partners and customers to use this API because it was just finished recently.

How did IT Respublica perform from a project management standpoint?

We use Asana and Trello for project management tools. We also use Skype constantly, and they are very responsive. They’re always on time and sometimes are even ahead of schedule.

What did you find most impressive about IT Respublica?

They have an innovative approach to the problems and always have a solution when we aren’t sure what to do.

Are there any areas IT Respublica could improve?

I can’t think of anything. We are very happy. Our architect has experience in a wide range of technologies, and he’s very happy with their work.
