I’m the managing director at Eolas Biosciences Co. Ltd., a business development organization in Japan working in the pharmaceutical research area.

What challenge were you trying to address with IT-K Agency?

We needed a new and modern-looking website that would be attractive to our target customers.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started by providing IT-K Agency our specifications, design documentation, graphics, and general instructions via Google Sheets. We wanted the website to be SEO-friendly and structured in a very particular way. We sorted out all the specifications, as well as the timeline and pricing. After we reached an agreement, IT-K Agency designed and developed our website. 

The site is already completed — however, whenever we need to make some changes on the site, we contact IT-K Agency to do it for us.

We work with 2-3 people. IT-K Agency has a project coordinator, a coder, and an SEO expert.

We found them on Upwork. They had excellent reviews and I was really impressed with their profile, so we hired them.

How much have you invested with them?

We have spent around $10,000-$20,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2019, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

IT-K Agency successfully built us a new website, and with it, we started getting a lot more engagement. It’s hard to quantify, but I’d say we receive 50% more inquiries now compared to before.

How did IT-K Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is excellent, and I couldn’t ask for anything better. IT-K Agency is very responsive; they have good communication skills. They go above and beyond what we ask them to do. IT-K Agency gives us good suggestions all the time, and we are very impressed. 

We are using Google Sheets to keep track of how the project is progressing. When we just started, we used the Upwork chat system. We now use Skype for chats and occasional video calls, as well as emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

IT-K Agency is very easy to work with. Apart from being personable, they anticipate what you need — I don’t have to spend energy micromanaging them. They’re also very reasonably priced. They provide excellent service, and I have no complaints.

Are there any areas they could improve?

When we’re communicating, there are several people involved since they’re an agency. Sometimes, I don’t know exactly who I’m talking to. IT-K Agency could improve by being clear about who is communicating with who at any given time.

Go for it.  IT-K Agency will do a very good job for you, and you will have a good experience.

I am founder and owner of SKM.digital. we provide custom WordPress theme and plugin development solutions.

I hired IT-K Agency to augment our web development services. They are my go to agency to overflow web work. They have consistently provided outstanding quality code at a good price.

I interviewed countless of white label web development agencies in the Ukraine before I settled on IT-K Agency. At the end of the day their communication and quality of work stood out amongst other agencies.

Our typical project starts with a kickoff call during which we discuss design and functionality requirements. Once we agree to terms about the specific build I pass off the design files to IT-K and they generally start development the next day. The majority of projects are custom WP theme builds at which IT-K excels.

Sometimes things are lost in translation but these issues are quickly resolved. IT-K has always made sure that all issues are resolved by the end of the project.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm Head of Marketing operations in the biggest Furniture and Design Center in Western Ukraine "TRY SLONY". We have 18,000 sq.m. of products for interior and exterior design: furniture, accessories, design solutions, etc. And in 2020 we've started our extension for another 12,000 sq.m.

Our previous website was created seven years ago by our indoor developer and designer. It was slow and hard to manage. We're a big company that's why it took some time to make a decision to redesign our website. At first, the IT-K team helped us to structure our processes using digital solutions. After that, they created a mock-up of our new website, we liked it and hired them for this job.

How did you select IT-K Agency and what were the deciding factors?

In our business, the biggest advantage of digital solutions is hearsay/word of mouth from our colleagues, partners, and furniture manufacturers. So, we chose the IT-K Agency based on past projects and recommendations from other businesses.

On our first meetings, the vendor gave us a lot of suggestions on how to make our working process easier and faster such as Slack, Jira, Miro, Trello, Telegram and etc. They started the implementation of chat services, a navigation system in the center, helped with our accounting department. They began our website development.

At first, we agreed with the mock-up of the new website, then we received detailed Specification, Responsive design, WordPress Development. After that, it took some time to gather all updated data from our lessees and to fill in the content. And testing/QA. And it was done.

When the website was ready, the IT-k started SEO for it and SMM. In a few months, we created the new Department - the biggest Doors Market. The IT-k team created Landing Page for it and started Ad campaigns. And the same steps with the Design Center in-house and Sleep and Health Center.

IT-K Agency CEO was our main point of contact, at first. throughout the process. During the process, we communicated with the project manager and CMO. Also, there were three WordPress developers, a web designer, a graphic designer, two SEO specialists, an SMM specialist, copywriters, and a creative department with their photographers, bloggers, influencers, and others.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching the new website, we received a 25% increase in offline traffic and almost 93% in online traffic, so IT-K suggested an e-commerce/WooCommerce website for us to increase funnels for our sales department.

We had weekly stand-ups with their CEO, CMO, and Project manager, who communicated with the rest of the team. They generate a huge amount of creative ideas and help us to implement it. We used Slack, Jira, GitHub, Telegram, Miro, Trello, etc.

They gave us a professional WordPress website and helped us to digitalize our business

It was hard for us to work online so much but they were so patient.

I'm head of digital marketing in Furniture Mall Gora Home Story / Home Decor and Try Slony Furniture Mall.

We didn't have in-house developers to invest in our website, we hired the IT-K Agency team to design and develop a WordPress site for us. Also, they helped us with SEO, SMM, and Graphic Design By doing this, we're hoping to increase traffic to our mall.

Also, they set up hosting and domain for us, webmail, Google Ads campaigns, Facebook Ads campaigns. We started SEO for our main website.

Our main goal was to increase traffic to our mall. After launching the website and all ad campaigns we received a 56% increase according to our data analytics. Also, the IT-K Agency helped us with interior design visualizations.

The IT-K Agency gave us the most professional site we could even think about. They took their time to teach my team how to work with WordPress site, update the content by ourselves.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

IT-K Agency helps us still with updating WordPress, Plugins, and Ad Campaigns. Also, we are happy with their Marketing, SEO, and SMM consultations.
