We hired iSolutions to fix some bugs and add extra features to our Application Tracking Software. The version that we were using was not very user-friendly and lacking a lot of update. This was slowing us down in finding the right match to the required position.

The goals were to have more responsive design (user-friendly), efficient and quick ATS.

We checked few companies, and stoped on Isolutions because of price and quality.

At first, we had the discovery stage, where we explored the ploblems and some extra features that might be improved. Then, we made an agreement regarding required feature list to be improved/added, guidelines and deadlines. Few month later Isolutions improved all requestes features, as well aded newer visual design.
What was the team composition?
Not really sure how many people worked on the project. My guess is between 5 to 7 people. For us what mattered were time, quality and price.

While it's only has been a few months, improved ATS is comparatively superior to the previous version.
