I’m the director of Top Removals Ltd. We’re an international removals company in the transport sector.

Iskra Evtimova supports our IT processes in terms of website marketing, promotion, optimization, and PPC campaigns.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They’re maintaining and optimizing the site's content, the promotion of the site on various platforms, PPC, and natural SEO with the support of blogs, our news section, and content writing.

Their team has written everything that users can read on our site.

What is the team composition?

I communicate with Iskra (Founder), and then she delegates the work amongst her team. I think there are three or four people. If I need something, I contact Iskra directly.

How did you come to work with Iskra Evtimova?

A colleague recommended Iskra. We decided to try them out because we were not happy with the company that we were working with at that time.

She came in with a plan and suggestions. She had a lot of innovative ideas and a new approach. It was hard work, in the beginning, to put everything in place, but after that, she maintained everything.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent between £30,000–£50,000 (approximately $42,000–$71,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement with Iskra Evtimova started in September 2017.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

When Iskra took over the site’s marketing, we had about 500 visits per month, and now we have 2,500, so it’s five times more. We have a lot more inquiries coming through, and we have managed to convert that to more jobs.

The copywriting is in line with our vision. Iskra will conduct an interview asking questions and suggestions about what needs to be mentioned. She will then choose the right words to describe things that match what we do, but at the same time, it’s Google-friendly and helps with optimization.

It seems like natural text when she writes the content. Her approach is great because she doesn’t just go and do something: she always consults us. She’s very personal and friendly.

Her rates are really good, and she stays on top of new requirements.

How did Iskra Evtimova perform from a project management standpoint?

We use different tools, and she shares some tables with us. There is a content management platform where we can see things before they happen.

We also have test sites in the test mode where we can see how it will look after implementation.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Iskra is very positive and bubbly. She always has time for a chat. We don’t need to wait for a callback, and we never argue about anything. She always comes with a positive attitude towards every project and conversation.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think I can suggest anything.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

It will be a benefit to your organization, as long as they’re not a competitor. It’s been a pleasant experience working with her.
