Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am a sales representative at Century 21, a real estate company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Iron Rhino?
We wanted new photographs for listings.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Iron Rhino provided HDR photography services for us. They took photos of listings for ads and websites. Their team also helped edit the photos, changing out skies or making small changes to present the listings in the best possible light.
What is the team composition?
I worked directly with Chris (Co-Founder).
How did you come to work with Iron Rhino?
I knew of their reputation and knew Chris personally. I knew he was trustworthy and has a strong work ethic, so I decided to work with Iron Rhino.
How much have you invested with them?
Overall, we have invested less than $10,000. Each project is probably $150.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our ongoing engagement with Iron Rhino began in April 2017.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The photography on our site went from drab to fabulous. I use their photographs to show potential clients the quality they can expect with their own listings. I’ve even had colleagues comment on how beautiful the photography is. I’ve also had people ask for referrals for Iron Rhino based on the photos in my listings.
How did Iron Rhino perform from a project management standpoint?
Chris always delivers ahead of schedule. He’ll tell me to expect the photos in 48 hours, and I’ll get them that night. He under promises and over-delivers.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Iron Rhino is flexible and communicative, making them easy to work with. Chris rolls with whatever happens and finds a way to make it work. He’s been privy to some sensitive information of my clients by being on-site but is always very discrete and courteous.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I’ve had a great experience working with him.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Have all of your information and goals prepared when meeting with them. The more information you give them, the better the result you can expect back. Be honest about what you want to achieve and let them use their own creativity.
