I'm a graphic designer, so I already spent time creating the logo and branding the company as well as designing the website's main pages and content. I provided the site on Figma with all the necessary assets. I gave iQuince the remainder for interior pages and coordinated with them on revisions and design tweaks until I was happy with the website.

They completed the design phase and the development phase. We had a very difficult time with Bluehost and they helped me troubleshoot with technical support until the website was finally functioning.

I worked directly with Pankaj. He was very responsive on WhatsApp with me. I was not happy in the end with the time change because I could only get a hold of them for a couple hours in the evening. 7:30 PM my time was 9 AM their time. As soon as I woke up, I would check to see if the changes were made incorrect but if I wanted to work with them, I had to wait until the evening again to get actual changes made.

If they could work with my time zone, especially when troubleshooting with the client, that would be more professional. Instead, I had to text my client in the evening to ask for their code so I could give it to Iquince from Bluehost or the Microsoft domain so they could troubleshoot and get the site working and live. 
There is also a slight language and cultural barrier, as we do not understand each other exactly or think the same way when communicating or problem-solving. Still, they did a good job, and they finished the project for me, and I'll work with them again.
