While we are highly satisfied with the overall performance and results delivered by Iqonic Design, there are a few areas where we believe there could be room for improvement:

• Enhanced Documentation: Providing more comprehensive and detailed documentation throughout the development process would have been beneficial. This would help in better understanding the technical aspects and facilitate smoother knowledge transfer.
• Increased Testing Phase: Extending the testing phase to include more extensive user testing could have identified minor issues earlier and ensured an even more polished final product at launch.
• More Frequent Progress Updates: While communication was generally good, having more frequent and structured progress updates would have provided even greater transparency and allowed us to track the project milestones more closely.
• Post-Launch Training: Offering more in-depth post-launch training sessions for our team could have accelerated the learning curve and helped us better utilise the platform’s technical features from day one.

These are minor suggestions and do not detract from the overall positive experience we had with Iqonic Design. We look forward to continuing our collaboration with them in the future.
