• When I hired InvoGames, my main goal was to create an immersive and engaging metaverse experience for my gaming community. I wanted to take our gaming world to the next level that allows players to interact, socialize, and explore a virtual universe together. The metaverse concept was quite new at that time, and I believed it would be the perfect way to keep our players engaged and excited about our games.

First and foremost, the engagement levels among our players skyrocketed after the metaverse launch. Are there any areas for improvement or something InvoGames could have done differently?

As for areas of improvement, I'd say the only minor concern was the initial timeline estimation. The development took a bit longer than expected, but considering the complexity of the project and the impressive end result, it was well worth the wait. However, better communication about the revised timeline during the early stages could have set clearer expectations.

They conducted keyword research, optimized my app's title and description, designed appealing icons and screenshots, assisted with app store category selection, implemented a review monitoring and response strategy, and provided performance tracking and reporting. Their efforts resulted in improved visibility, downloads, and user engagement for my game.

The measurable outcomes from my app store optimization project with InvoGames were truly impressive. Before their intervention, my game was struggling to gain visibility in the app store. However, after implementing their strategies, I witnessed a significant improvement in key metrics.

While my experience with InvoGames was overwhelmingly positive, there is one area that could benefit from improvement. Although their deliverables were top-notch, I believe they could have provided more detailed progress reports throughout the project. 

While they offered regular updates, more granular information on the specific impact of each optimization effort would have been valuable. This would have provided deeper insights into the effectiveness of different strategies and allowed for better optimization fine-tuning. However, this is a minor suggestion for improvement that I would like to suggest.

We hired InvoGames for outsourcing our projects related to game development and animation for cross-platforms. Our goals were to actively create and develop games on different platforms and InvoGames was the best choice that helped us in achieving our goals.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were in search of expert game developers on social media. While we were doing it, we saw a post on LinkedIn about InvoGames. There were several deciding factors and the prominent ones were their services, expert unity and unreal engine game developers, and quick turnaround time.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We needed game development services on technologies for Unity and Unreal engines. The main problem that we were facing was the expert team of developers and animators who could do this with quick delivery. We contacted them to discuss the project and see the potential of the project with InvoGames. From the first stage of concept art development which is the pre-production stage to the completion of the game, they were available at every step. The second stage of the project was to develop the main aspects of the game until it was ready to be launched. InvoGames and its expert team of developers completed the game in due time with game characters, environment, design, and everything. As soon as they completed the game and launched it, the game was having its open testing. Their QA team executed every type of testing whether functional or non-functional to optimize the game with user-friendliness. The next stage and last stage was the support and maintenance of the game. Till this step, InvoGames was very active and responsive. Overall, it was a good experience working with InvoGames.

InvoGames provided us with specialized resources according to the demands of the task and project. There were a total of 4-6 game developers and artists working together on the project for the 3D game development, animation, and game art. A UI/UX designer was also present to help with the customization and specifics of the user interface.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We overcame the obstacles we were previously facing ever since we began working with InvoGames. Additionally, our projects for 3D game art and game animation are finished on time, and the quality of our work is excellent. Having stated that, working with them has been successful because the process is efficient and fulfills our needs.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was very smooth and effective between InvoGames and our team since the communication was proper. All the needs, requirements, and progress were shared between us and this led us to the outcomes that we were really expecting.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing about them is that they are ‘a man of words.’ They met deadlines without any delay and produced top-quality work. Further, their availability is matchless. The team is there to answer our queries and inform us about the project. This is exactly what we were looking for!
