We reached out to InvestWP based on a recommendation. They asked us about our competitors and which websites we liked. After that, they showed us a draft of the homepage, which we really liked. Then, they designed the remaining pages, including separate versions for mobile devices. We approved everything. A month later, they sent us a link to the website. We were very pleased with the result — it was user-friendly and easy to navigate. 
Our whole office reviewed it, and we provided some feedback on the content. What's important is that all the work was completed in exactly two months, as they promised. They also sent us a guide on how to edit the website content. It was crucial for us that the website was modern and easy to use, and that it was fully functional by the time our ad campaigns launched.

The website was completed on time with all pages and functionality in place

They came to our office and gave presentations, answering all our questions. Their manager was always available as well, although he usually contacted me to get approvals, while I mostly asked what content was needed.

They knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it. They made a lot of suggestions, and those ideas were excellent.

Are there any areas for improvement or something InvestWP could have done differently?

If they could also provide us with marketing services, I would be happy. But their focus is solely on website development.
