Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the senior IT project manager at GeoPost Group, a transportation company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Invertus?
We needed a partner to develop a module for our CMS.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They developed a module that's connected to our systems which allow us to generate shipments and get all the information on the customer account. We now distribute this plugin to our customers, and they install the modules on their platforms. It’s basically an extension to a web platform, and they used PHP to create it. Invertus does everything from UI/UX design to development.
What is the team composition?
They assigned a main point of contact as well as two or three other people.
How did you come to work with Invertus?
We selected four or five companies and chose Invertus based on their global approach in targeting our customers and in designing a solution with an effective user flow.
How much have you invested with them?

What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in October 2016, and the collaboration is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
This has been one of our most successful projects. Invertus is very collaborative, offers suggestions, and brings their own knowledge for the success of the project. They’re more than just a development company.
How did Invertus perform from a project management standpoint?
Project management is excellent. I’ve had the same contact for two years now, who is always available and well organized. Invertus is doing great.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They make good suggestions and are very trustworthy. They feel like they’re part of our team.

They could explore working on different types of projects to see what’s new.
