I’m the head of business development at Merixstudio, a software development and consultancy company.

We needed accounting support because we don’t have in-house accountants.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They support any of our accounting needs so we can focus on other aspects of the business. We contact them whenever we need to talk about a tax or accounting-related topic that we can't solve on our own and they advise us on how to proceed.

What is the team composition?

We’re in direct contact with 2–3 representatives.

How did you come to work with Intrex - DBKK?

There was already an established relationship with our team when I started working at the company.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in 2010 and the relationship is currently ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They’ve been extremely helpful. We saw real value from their consultancy when we dealt with US-based clients. 

How did Intrex-DBKK perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management skills are very good. They’ve always been responsive to our needs and we communicate on a weekly basis. Our HR department and some other operations are in contact more often, but we can reach out at any time for anything. They’re always available to us and have open channels of communication via email and phone calls. We really appreciate their can-do attitude.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their answers are always accurate and they have a great attitude when understanding a problem. They’re specific on the advice they share with us. While still remaining friendly, responsive, and reactive, they give concrete answers and solutions.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We are very happy with their services. As we grow and work with international companies, they will need to keep up and do research. However, it has been good so far.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Take a closer look at the size of the companies they provide services to and establish a good fit. In our case, when we were a small company, this was a good fit and still is now that we have grown. I can imagine that if we were to triple in size, our needs could grow beyond their team.
