We were looking for a partner company for the French market: - market research - define potential partners - partners analysis and elaboration of a short list - contact with potential partners and confirmation of their interest - set up of meetings with potential partners - support in negotiations and contracting

We were looking for a consulting company which can help us to find a partner in France. Intertrade Consulting supports Eastern European companies on their projects in France. We got a positive reference about them from people we know.

The idea was to find a partner in France with whom we will collaborate on the projects for French customers.
What was the team composition?
Intertrade provided a dedicated project manager to us speaking our language.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Within 3 months an operational market research was made, potential partners analysed and a short list of partners created. Intertrade supported us in the negotiation with potential partners and on contracting side. As a result we set up a partnership with a French company and collaborate on common projects.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The communication was easy since project manager speaks the same language and was very professional. Intertrade set up a clear governance with us and fixed the deliverables.

Their pragmatism, integrity, transparency, and flexibility were impressive. They are not a typical large consulting company so the human dimension and tailored approach were very helpful.
