I’m the founder of Agilent Technologies, an accommodation services provider. I oversee the digital space and all products under it.


For what projects/services did your company hire Internut Sdn. Bhd.?

We needed mobile app development and UI/UX design.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to see the mobile app solution improve customer service experience and reduced the workload of our call center.

We interviewed eight mobile app companies, eventually picking Internut Sdn. Bhd. for their past experience and our confidence in their abilities.

Describe the project in detail.

They developed an AI engine to handle bookings.  It isn't easy to understand the gentle nuances of all the different dialects in Malaysia, but the finished AI engine surprised us.

There were five members on their team, including developers, designers, and an account manager.


Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within the first two months of the app’s release, we saw a 40% reduction in the number of booking calls to our call center. This allowed our team to focus more on the hospitality aspect with remarketing and rewards.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They utilized an agile working method which allowed room for changes and quick testing. The comprehension level of all of their team members is great. I need only give a simple explanation and they can take my thoughts and turn them into the creation I have imagined.
