I am the Warehouse manager at Malaysia's leading lifestyle brand for busy executives.

We required the modernization of our data infrastructure for our lifestyle brand and its mobile app platform. Following a discovery session, they created the basic infrastructure with a data warehouse and modern inventory system with a front-facing CRM for the mobile apps.

I learned about Internut through social media. At the time, I had interviewed several companies to solve my challenge, however, Internut was the only qualified developer that could meet my demands given their team’s expertise on the chosen technology.

To build data infrastructure from the ground up for analytics purposes and warehouse management. The iOS and Android app were customer facing however the warehouse, marketing team and management had a web dashboard for all operational and sales matters.

The workflow has been 5 stars. Their agile methodology and deliverables are impressive and have been working effectively since the project started and even through their free maintenance period which we got as part of an early upgrade package.

Our project was managed with multiple tools. The most helpful being the timeline and progress charts on Google Sheets along with our bi-weekly progress meetings.

The ability to respond to challenges, technical expertise, managerial ability, and innovative thinking.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No. Everything has been going incredibly well.

I’m the founder of Agilent Technologies, an accommodation services provider. I oversee the digital space and all products under it.

We needed mobile app development and UI/UX design.

We wanted to see the mobile app solution improve customer service experience and reduced the workload of our call center.

We interviewed eight mobile app companies, eventually picking Internut Sdn. Bhd. for their past experience and our confidence in their abilities.

Describe the project in detail.

They developed an AI engine to handle bookings.  It isn't easy to understand the gentle nuances of all the different dialects in Malaysia, but the finished AI engine surprised us.

What was the team composition?

There were five members on their team, including developers, designers, and an account manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within the first two months of the app’s release, we saw a 40% reduction in the number of booking calls to our call center. This allowed our team to focus more on the hospitality aspect with remarketing and rewards.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They utilized an agile working method which allowed room for changes and quick testing. The comprehension level of all of their team members is great. I need only give a simple explanation and they can take my thoughts and turn them into the creation I have imagined.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was most impressed with their knowledge. They had a suggestion for every potential problem we faced in our industry.
