Please describe your company and your position there.

I am founder and chief of genetic laboratory, Scientific Medical Center LeoGENE, LTD.

For what projects/services did your company hire Intelvision, and what were your goals?

The laboratory did not have a standardized system for managing the full process of genetic and infection testing and the possibility to track patient’s information. Our goal was to have a system that allows the laboratory to manage processes and simplify laboratory personnel working flow.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had business acquaintances who recommended us to work with Intelvision’s team as their experience could help us the best. Afterward, we communicated about the project and agreed upon further cooperation.

Intelvision built from scratch the system that allows laboratory staff to configure the full process of genetic and infection testings (protocol, results of intermediate processes during the testing), manage users and their roles, track patient information (general information, the full scope of orders, results of tests), automatically generate reports and send them via email with pdf attachments. We kept in touch on a daily basis using inner communication tools, on which they were always available.

We had arranged sprint sessions and planned demos though the month. The remote working process was never interrupted as it was held under the Scrum, which lays in the core of the Agile methodology. Moreover, the development plan was strict in tasks accomplishment. There was a lot of interaction between us and the team, in addition, we constantly received sprint reports and overall project reports so we were comfortable with the whole process. Tools:Skype, Email, Azure DevOps.

The development team consisted of:

• 2 Full-stack Developers
• 1 Business Analyst
• 1 QA.

In addition, there was a project manager who managed the whole scope of sprints.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Intelvision built from scratch the system that allows laboratory staff to configure the full process of genetic and infection testings (protocol, results of intermediate processes during the testing), manage users and their roles, track patient information (general information, the full scope of orders, results of tests), automatically generate reports and send them via email with pdf attachments.

The platform was finished and delivered within 12 months. As it stands, all the resources were applied in an ad-hoc manner during the whole period of the project building.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I have found the Intelvision's team to be very systematic in their approach. Everything was transparent and we knew what their progress was at any point in time. They showed a high - level of flexibility according to our requirements.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not anything particularly.

I am the Founder of Swiss Scholar – a professional Educational portal that assists students with their academic assignments, presentations, exams, and online courses.

We had several concrete business goals for our project. First of all, we were dissatisfied with our old website, thus, we needed a fresh view of our problems with a specific tech audit and software consulting. Secondly, we wanted to implement a customer-focused UI\UX design and integrate social media channels. Thirdly, we required a modern developed mobile-friendly website that would meet our clients’ expectations leaving an unforgettable experience.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found out about Intelvision from our business acquaintances that previously used to work with them.

Intelvision conducted a high–standard tech audit to detect all the issues that arose over and over again. This let us communicate on the further steps of the project among which were – design and developing the website with further optimization based on Google page speed and GTMetrix analytics reports, connecting Cloudflare to protect the website against hacker attacks, and configuring CDN to improve the site loading.

Our key deliverables consisted of the newly implemented website with a custom design, analytical module, payment funnel, and social media channels integration. In addition, as we needed to communicate with our customers through the website, Intelvision delivered a modern “live chat”. Their team used WordPress, SMTP server, Figma, Trello, CDN, and Cloudflare for making everything work in a well–balanced way.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with 2 WordPress developers, a UI/UX designer, BA, and a project manager. In addition, Intelvision’s CTO did the code review.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Intelvision conducted a tech audit to detect all the issues that arose over and over again. The team developed a new website based on a new UI/UX design that was oriented towards our target audience - mainly students. After the website release, we noticed user engagement improvement based on Google Analytics and we started getting more orders from the website.

Their project manager was very qualified in answering my questions. Each team member is a fluent English speaker, and there was no miscommunication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Intelvision exceptionally and productively worked on changes and features adjustments. They effectively prioritized our business needs, adhering to the budget, which we found valuable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, I can’t think of anything for this project.
