What challenge were you trying to address with Intellinov Digital?

We hired Intellinov Digital to develop our website and provide digital marketing services that would attract new clients.

What was the scope of their involvement?

In addition to developing our website, they performed SEO to ensure that our site is among the top search results. They continue to develop digital marketing campaigns for us and have even consulted on our Facebook and Instagram accounts.

We worked with a web developer and a graphic designer.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent between $120,000–$150,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

 We started working together in June 2017 and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Since working with Intellinov Digital, we’ve landed several big projects including a contract with a large private school. We’ve also been able to improve our social media presence and our Instagram following has increased from zero to 500 people. While we finished the web development in a month, we continue to collaborate and make changes.

How did Intellinov Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

We usually converse through phone or email, and I appreciate that they reach out to ask me if I want help taking pictures of our work. They’re always professional and handy.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their professional and hands-on approach differentiates them from their competitors. I feel like they’re a part of my team.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be nice if they completely took control of our social media.

We needed a company to provide ICT consulting for a huge project.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Intellinov Digital assisted us in creating a health management information system (HMIS) that targeted hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies. They also helped us develop APIs and integrate the HMIS with several other systems.

What is the team composition?

They assigned three developers to the HMIS project and one person for a smaller project.

How did you come to work with Intellinov Digital?

Our managing director worked with them at one point.

 What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from July 2017–February 2018.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Intellinov Digital’s expertise allowed us to deliver a flawless system on time. Had we only used our developers for the HMIS project, it would have taken us more than a year. Intellinov Digital managed to finish it in less than eight months. We haven’t received any complaints about errors or bugs in the system.

How did Intellinov Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

They were good at meeting timelines and managing the project. They made timesheets and log sheets every time they worked on the project. We paid them per hour. Communication was mainly by email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed with their project management. They took timelines seriously.

No, it went really well.

They work better when given timelines.

I’m the operations manager at a medical center. We offer health services to the people of Zimbabwe.

What challenge were you trying to address with Intellinov Digital?

We needed a partner to develop our online presence as well as digitize our manual cataloging processes. We wanted a central database to easily explore our client information.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Intellinov Digital provided full-stack development of our website to enable our services to be found easily by clients. Their team also created a custom CRM. They built an online database for our patient records to not only manage the data but also make it more accessible. With identification, patients and teammates can access health information.

What is the team composition?

Intellinov Digital assigned five teammates to the project who worked on site. We collaborated with a project manager, a team and technical lead, as well as junior developers.

How did you come to work with Intellinov Digital?

Our director met the owner of Intellinov Digital at an event. After they met, we started to engage their team; they were in the right place at the right time.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $1,500 on the project.

What is the status of this engagement?

We collaborated between October 2018–February 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Collaborating with Intellinov Digital has had a huge impact on the business. Since launching the platform, we’ve experienced a 60% increase in productivity due to the improved manageability of client and health information.

How did Intellinov Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated through email and phone calls. They’re a small team, making it easy for them to organize. The team was efficient and diligent. They always knew what was happening and what needed to be done.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Intellinov Digital was growing at the time, which meant they were extra eager. Since we were one of their first major clients, teammates were willing to dedicate additional time to our project. Their team was effective and less expensive than competitors.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be helpful if they had a task management tool. Intellinov Digital could also improve the thoroughness of their regression testing. From what I saw, there wasn’t a lot of oversight on the impact of certain fixes or changes, which led to difficulty. I’m sure their team has improved in some of these areas since they’re on a learning curve.

For any small or mid-sized company, they will meet the demands.
