For what projects/services did your company hire INTELART, and what were your goals?

Development of responsive software for computers, tablets, cell phones, all integrated in a single platform, student system, 24-hour service with artificial intelligence, virtual presenter focused on student assistance, brand awareness campaigns and sales of products and services.

Our goal was to expand resources for our students and customers that would reduce support calls. We wanted a solution that was cost-effective, robust, scalable, and easy to use and deploy.

We needed a qualified company with proven experience in creating digital products and add-ons to execute the EBWU project. We found the INTELART agency and it fit like a glove for us. After the first workshop we had with them, we saw such expertise in software development, advertising, digital marketing, and professionalism.

First, the design and creation of the logo for the departments of Magazine, Educational Platform, Instituto Italu Colares, Emil Brunner World University, Virtual Library, then the Institutional portal platform EBWU was created, access platform for students and teachers, Revista Cientifica Platform, Platform of the Library, after that the strategy of solving problems with the support was made, for that the chatbot, whatsapp widget, virtual presenter, document and certificate request forms, creation of E-mail marketing, Whatsapp marketing, landigpange de were created. every product from the university.

My highlights are:

After launching our platform we had considerable revenue, more students, more visibility, more leads, EBWU students and staff loved the design and ease of use, now it's easier for everyone to understand our products and services.

There were weekly meetings, every Friday, with the project manager, who passed on the idea and the solution to the entire team, meeting all deadlines.

Yes, there are always new ideas for improving the platform, and they work really well. We are very satisfied.
