What were your goals for this project?

Our previous website was really old and customers were having a hard time Finding proper products. Our goal was to redo the site to make it 100% easy for customers to browse, find products, and easily submit order.

How did you select INTEGRITY INFOWAY?

Our marketing manager contacted 12 companies. We interviewed all of them and saw that INTEGRITY INFOWAY truly understood what we needed.

Describe the project in detail.

The phase 1 project included our brand identity strategy, setting up wireframes for the site, designing the site, developing it, and then launching it. Everything was tested and then we went live. The phase 2 project will include building out an inventory management system and connecting to a few important tools.

What was the team composition?

We have one point of contact but my entire team is available to me if we have questions or want to discuss ideas. Communication is really strong on their end so if we send an email, we know we're going to get a reply in a few minutes.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our conversion rates have gone up tremendously. And our customer retention is much higher as well. On a monthly basis, we do a sit-down with the team to analyze what areas we can still improve on so it's an ongoing process to try and better ourselves each day.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication really has been one of the best in class. Without good communication, I'm not sure how this project could have gotten done.

We have tons of ideas and needed lots of support so INTEGRITY INFOWAY was really a good fit in all those areas. Like I said before when I send an email, I usually get a reply within a few minutes.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their listening and strategy skills. They really become involved in the project, listen, and ask tons of questions so I was most impressed with how involved they were in the entire process.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We are working on more projects with them. They're an excellent team.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We had an initial meeting with Integrity Infoway and knew that building an app with Ecommerce store required a budget of $100,000–$200,000. We told them that we only had a $45,000 budget, and Integrity assured us they would design the Store & app's wireframes, build a pitch deck, and contact us with investors from their portfolio. Integrity designed and developed our Ecommerce store as well as app from scratch and delivered our pitch deck.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They’ve been amazing. All the visuals were only in my head when I brought them the ideas, and Integrity brought them all to life. They were very patient as I articulated my idea in the beginning, and the quality they’ve given me is outstanding. Also, they’ve coached me along and given me more energy than I was expecting. I can ask them anything.

My only wish is that I would’ve hopped on a plane and met them in person already. I really want to take them all thank them for what they’re doing to me. There’s only really been one change that we had to make, and that was turning the cash-out function from a QR code. This wasn’t a big deal.
