It was an absolute pleasure collaborating with Integra Magna, Vyanjana, and their incredibly talented team. Their work on a Music Festival in Rajasthan was nothing short of brilliant. They truly captured the essence of the OTT platform and crafted an offline experience that deeply resonated with the local culture, all while maintaining a premium feel. The festival was a resounding success and a perfect representation of our brand ethos.

Following that triumph, we partnered with Integra Magna again for the historic WAVES Summit 2025, a maiden event by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and the Government of India. Once again, the team exceeded our expectations. They masterfully designed the entire brand experience for the OTT, creating an immersive environment where attendees could truly understand and experience the company as India’s unique regional cultural OTT platform.

What impressed us most was their ability to make culture tangible as they say ‘carry-able’. I’m the head of business operations at The Savage Humans, a digital marketing startup.

What challenge were you trying to address with IM Designs?

We have business all around the globe, and we had a client that wanted something fresh and different. We needed help with getting lead generation.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

In the beginning, we gave them a brief about the client, and they came up with an excellent pitch deck that had the freshness that we were looking for. They understood the vision we had in our mind and even asked for what exactly the client wanted. They mixed and matched both visions to come up with something fresh. We’ve been working on a retainer with them to this day.

Moreover, they’ve done our brand identity that includes a logo design which I love.

I’m the co-founder of Bittus Bakes, a bakery startup. Most vegans still like desserts, cakes, and pastries, but what is on the market doesn’t taste great. We want to make tasty desserts without eggs or synthetic materials.

When we were about to launch, we were looking for an agency to help us develop a brand identity, logo, collateral materials, and social media graphics.

What was the scope of their involvement?

At the beginning of the project, we gave them a brief that provided details about our product, our vision, and what we want to represent. From there, they created a logo, brand identity, and collateral. They’ve designed all of our graphics for our marketing materials, such as brochures and branding material.

When we were about to launch, they developed basic packaging. That gave us the confidence to go for customized packaging.

Now we’re planning to launch our own website portal and IM Designs is leading the UI/UX design. Once that phase is complete, they’ll start the development.

We’re in contact with the co-founder and the project manager, and they relay our messages to the rest of the team.

We received portfolios from different agencies. We received a really good portfolio from IM Designs, so we decided to work with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We are very satisfied with their work. We just have to share our requirements and they take care of the rest. Most of the time they deliver exactly what we want, but every once in a while, we ask them to change something.  

So far, they’ve given us the kind of collateral we were looking for. It represents our business perfectly. For example, we launched holiday gift boxes and we received more orders than our plain boxes. It was clear that people really liked the gift boxes. They were a hit for the season.

How did IM Designs perform from a project management standpoint?

Once we provide them the brief, we don’t have to keep following up. Once the work is done, they come to us and ask for our feedback. When we need something completed urgently, they work quickly and they deliver on time. We communicate through email, calls, and WhatsApp. We’re in the same city and can meet face-to-face in their office for a brief discussion.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve been impressed by their design skills. The quality of their work is amazing. I was wowed by the final packaging design.

Integra Magna designed and developed print assets, including brochures, flyers, service highlights, and strategy and design materials. The team also created hotel client videos, event booth artwork, and campaign planning for a new service. The main objectives were to create high-quality brochures in different sizes, motion graphics videos for hotel clients, and event booth setup.

We found Integra Magna through a referral from a friend. The team’s website was very interesting, and their past projects reflected the design expertise we were looking for. Additionally, the team was helpful in navigating the right idea for our project.
