I am the founder and CEO of LinkMind, a secure and private one-on-one messaging app for the mental health care industry. Our platform connects patients and therapists.

We needed professional developers to build our app for multiple platforms.  

What were your goals for this project?

Our project centered on building a web app and mobile apps for iOS and Android. A critical part of the process was making sure user information is secure on our platform.

Describe the project in detail.

Inspiring Web Technology built a custom, private messenger app without using an API.  It includes sign in, sign up, and private invitation features for users. Along with a messaging function, it sends auto-response emails. From a security perspective, it uses the latest encryption coding available to keep patients’ information safe.

What was the team composition?

We worked directly with their senior management team. Inspiring Web Technology hires only the very best mobile and web developers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We couldn't be happier with Inspiring Web Technology's work. They consistently produce perfect, functional apps that look exactly the way they were designed and intended to appear. This specific product included every necessary feature we requested in the build. Most importantly, we have not discovered any significant bugs. When inevitable errors occurred, Inspiring Web Technology fixed them right away. They performed thorough QA testing to make sure everything was fixed. We never discovered the same mistake twice. 

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Although we're located half a world away, Inspiring Web Technology has always returned our messages within half a day. They meet all our deadlines. The team has gone out of their way to be available for us whenever we needed to discuss any critical matters.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Inspiring Web Technology's honesty and professionalism is second to none. They never exaggerated a delivery date or a feature. They delivered on every promise they made and are capable of all the work they claim the ability to complete. 

Are there any areas for improvement?

Although they finished the project on time, development speed is an area they could improve.
