For what projects/services did your company hire this vendor?

• Installing and setting up computers and equipment in office.
• Provision of ongoing IT support services.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started from zero, so project involved running wires, installing all required hardware, switches, routers, laptops, desktops and telephone system. We were looking for a provider that could do all of that and then also provide ongoing support.

What is the team composition?

Two people were assigned to the project during the buildout phase. Now we have a client service associate looking after our day to day needs.

How did you come to work with them?

Received a recommendation for a colleague.

What is the status of this engagement?

Buildout began in August 2018 and finished in December 2018. Support is provided on an ongoing basis.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Computers have worked flawlessly since day one. This is critical for us as it’s a busy practice so any downtime costs money.

How did they perform from a project management standpoint?

The project was handled very well. We had many questions which they took the time to address. We communicated with them through a variety of mediums ranging from email to in person meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Inspired specializes in healthcare providers so does have some good insights when it comes to setting up a practice.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

The team has integrity. They are a good group to work with and provide good value for our money.
