For what projects/services did your company hire Inspire Visual?
We needed a new website for a tourism industry portal. Our current one was outdated, so we contacted Inspire Visual for a full redesign, build, launch. They also did the coding and helped with launch.
What were your goals for this project?
Our site needed to drive traffic, generate leads, and engage prospects. The site had to be maintainable in the future, so content updates could be done by our team. The site also needed to integrate with other systems we have.

How did you select this vendor?
We liked their portfolio of work. We talked to them during the RFP process while we were considering other vendors as well, but we liked Inspire Visual's personal treatment and attention to detail. They helped us early on in the proces to define uncertain variables.

The project was to build a website portal for us. It was a full start-to-finish solution we required from them, project management, design, requirements, front- and backend development and help with launch.

Inspire Visual build a team for us with a consistent project management contact, and build a custom team of designer, coders and QA.

We have been able to attract and engage more prospects, generate more leads and better support this brand to raise awareness.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
Our project manager was able to use our internal tool to communicate with us on the project, but they also built project deliverables for us to work from, such as scope and requirements, timelines and resource allocation and they consistently communicated closely with us as we tracked towards each milestone.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
We love their creativity and ability to be flexible, so for us it is an advantage that they are not a medium or large sized agency. We liked that they build a team with the specific skills we needed, so there wasn't additional unnecessary cost.
