Next day delivery system for sensitive parcels
Inspeerity provided flexible development resource to augment the team at DA Systems in building a system for sensitive parcels that need to be delivered very fast and in a fully controlled manner. The main goal of the project was to deliver a fast and modern browser based application (with mobile app equivalent) to manage a complex logistics operation delivering over 100,000 consignments per day. In addition it should be easy to use for drivers and depot staff, support flexible route optimisation, directed sorting and be able to scale easily in the future.

7 Systems Redesigned into 1 - Booking Platform
Inspeerity team built an online booking system for the Trainplanet portal, that enables booking trains across the whole of Europe. As a result, were involved from the very beginning and throughout the project lifecycle. To sum up our role included:
- Requirements gathering & analysis
- Design of the system architecture
- Preparation of UX/UI
- Implementation & tests
- Environment preparation & deployment
- After deployment support
Our tasks included building a system which would give the possibility of booking both domestic and international train tickets directly via the web as well as buy Interrail Passes.

Together – a mobile application
The coronavirus outbreak has spread global panic, with people searching for sure-fire ways to protect themselves. While being in the lockdown, we decided to immediately respond to this need and provide a technology solution that increases our safety.
After many brainstorming sessions, our team came up with Together – a mobile application designed to help protect our community from the virus. In only 3 weeks time we were able to produce a fully functional app with necessary features and an intuitive interface.
We are proud to say that Together was a pioneering app of this type in Poland (and also Europe), and all success goes to an incredibly hard-working and committed team in Inspeerity.

100 Times Faster Page Display
Our client USA Auto Online is an online advertisement website with cars from the USA.
The company offers access to the auctions of salvaged cars available in the United States and it provides nearly 140,000 US car sales offers per day. These are auctions issued by around 170 auction houses in various locations in the United States. On top of that our customer provides professional advice and assistance in buying and importing cars from the USA from purchase, through transport, customs clearance, to delivery of the vehicle to the address indicated.
How we did it?
The frontend part was built as Single Page Application (SPA), meaning that after clicking links, the page will change instantly without reloading. Despite being dynamic, its rendering is Isomorphic, serving the initial page in HTML for improved SEO and first load speed. The application was built according to Responsive Web Design (RWD) so it automatically adapts for both mobile and desktop devices. All of this increased user experience of browsing web content.
New Site. Improved Performance
As a result average time of displaying the page with auctions was 10 times faster and for complex queries with filters even 100 times faster. Fetching auctions updates file was optimized from 2h into 7 minutes which enabled keeping site up to date. Everything was achieved on machine with 10 times less RAM and 8 times less CPU. Thanks to those performance changes, we were able to process and expose to end users 3+ times more auctions than on the old page (increase from 40.000 to 140.000 auctions) This allowed the owner to think about new ideas that can improve his customers’ journey even further and increase the conversion rate by 30%.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the head of the project management office for an IT solutions firm. Our company delivers different mediation solutions within the telecommunications domain. Usually, our end customers are mobile operators. We also deliver solutions to other verticals; these other industries could be logistics, utilities, and so on.
What challenge were you trying to address with Inspeerity?
We hired them to lead a very big and important project for a mobile operator group in Europe.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Karol (COO) was working in France and was heading the delivery and handled project management. He ensured that we, as a company, were fulfilling the deliverables to the end customer. This was on configuration, documentation, and test results.
In this particular project, we were supposed to make the end customers' sales efficient. This meant that in our delivery, they were supposed to learn about our product to ensure they could take charge of the following phases and deliverables by themselves.
What is the team composition?
I only worked with Karol.
How did you come to work with Inspeerity?
We did work with Karol when he was at another company, and he did a great job. When they founded Inspeerity, we had a discussion about having him on board.
What is the status of this engagement?
The engagement ran from December 2018–May 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The delivery went very well. Karol did the tasks he was assigned excellently. We were measured on timelines, and this was something that Karol managed very well. We met predefined timelines. Our team was also measured on the enablement of this customer team to get them up to speed to be ready to take over from us, so that was something that was accomplished as well.
From my perspective, I was not monitoring and was in close contact with Karol. I found his ability to detect risks early on and mitigate those risks in a very structured way was something that is a big strength of his. Also, the way he managed the communication with this customer was great. The language barrier was an issue from time to time but these were obstacles that he overcame with the team.
Karol also has a very good technical foundation. He can not only understand the project management aspect of the deliverables but can also relate to what is being discussed when it comes to technical discussions. This combination of the skillsets he has when it comes to the technical part and the project management part was a good combination that helped us deliver this project.
How did Inspeerity perform from a project management standpoint?
He is someone that is very experienced in handling these kinds of technical discussions but also handling discussions with stakeholders. That is something that was pretty obvious. When it came to meeting deadlines, this was something that was well managed.
For whatever reason, if we needed to have a discussion about a particular deadline or timeline, this discussion was handled in a very professional way with the customer. This allowed us to make sure we had an agreement with the customer if any timelines were to be shifted.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re open for discussions when it comes to allocations. Sometimes, we didn’t have a need to allocate him full-time and they were willing to let Karol work a limited number of hours per day or per week. Inspeerity was very willing and easy to adjust when it came to the allocation of resources and that is something that we appreciate.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, nothing comes to mind. There are things that can be improved, but nothing major in my view. The project was delivered and went more or less as we had foreseen and planned for. It can only be seen as a big success. One of the big contributors to this big success is Karol and Inspeerity.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They’re a professional company that has really good resources, and I’d highly recommend them.
