Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the founder and CIO of Innotec. We have a global footprint in five countries and offer a diverse range of services, but our main focus is automotive lighting. Most of our technology runs off of the Microsoft platform.


For what projects/services did your company hire InsITe Business Solutions, Inc.?

We manage all of our basic business needs, but our processes get a bit more complex when sharing GlobalCAD documents and real-time data. We needed an expert to help us navigate the Microsoft platform and their services, finding us the best price that accounts for our complicated licensing needs.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to efficiently share GlobalCAD documents and better manage our licensing and contracts with Microsoft.


How did you select this vendor?

We seriously considered three bids. Ultimately, we chose to work with InsITe Business Solutions, Inc. because they showed real interest in a long-term relationship with our company.

Describe the project in detail.

First, they developed an understanding of the complexities of our business, then suggested technologies to improve and automate our process. They made all of our “controlled documents” available globally, creating a CAD solution for our partners to share with our design teams. They also took over our licensing efforts, which helped us get more value for our money with Microsoft. Now, they continue to provide support.

We work with about five people from their team.


Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Their team completed each objective on time, communicating clearly throughout the initial project. With their help, we saved an additional $10,000 more than we had expected.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

All of my questions were appropriately and promptly answered, and they completed the project on time. I consider that a success.
