I work for a commercial real estate company, I'm currently the retail leasing executive.

For what projects/services did your company hire INSIDR MEDIA?

We hired Insidr Media to produce a video for a development that we finished called Aspley Central. We were struggling to showcase the property and show off it's new and amazing features.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to increase enquiry and interest in the project.

How did you select this vendor?

We selected Insidr Media based off a strong recommendation from another client of ours.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.

The process of putting the video together was seamless. Insidr Media put together a video that far exceeded our expectations. When we met them onsite, we didn't have a clear idea of what we wanted or how we were going to do it. We gave them a rough idea of what we wanted and they did an amazing job to produce the video that they did.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

They had a 2-person crew to come out and film the bulk of the content. Then they took only 3 days to produce the first copy of the video that they sent to us for feedback. We gave them our feedback and required changes, and the final copy was ready by the following day.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had a steady growth of enquiry after the first month. We also had great feedback from other clients and tenants.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow was great. We never had to wait more than 1 day to get back to each other.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Although they are a young team, i was impressed by the amount of knowledge that they had about video production and social media management.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not that i can think of.
