I’m the CEO of M’BE (Mindful Butterfly Effect). It’s a company that provides psychological services.

What challenge were you trying to address with Inovve Agencia Web Design?

I needed a website for my business.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I provided the content and told them what I wanted the website to look like. They reorganized for efficiency, provided pictures, and built the website for me They currently maintain the site, and help when putting up new content.

What is the team composition?

Carlos (Web Developer) was my main point of contact. From my team, my marketing agent was involved.

How did you come to work with Inovve Agencia Web Design?

I searched Google for an agency that did digital marketing and websites. I liked the offer they made, it was a good mix of price and proximity. When I met with Carlos, he showed me work they’d done previously, which I liked. It was comfortable right away, and I decided to work with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested €1,300 (approximately $1,500).

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked on the project from September 2019 – February 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The new website is beautiful. Carlos put everything together effectively. I created a group called “The Consultants” and asked for their feedback. They liked it very much, as did I.

How did Inovve Agencia Web Design perform from a project management standpoint?

They are communicative and easy to work with. We had a few meetings in person in the beginning. During development, we had meetings via Skype. Besides that, we communicated via WhatsApp, email, and phone. They are also very responsive.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re technically competent. I never expected the website to be so good.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, nothing comes to mind.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Tell them exactly what you want, and they’ll help you achieve it.
