I’m the general director of Artflame and we sell fireplaces.

What challenge were you trying to address with Inovector?
Inovector built our web platform.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Inovector developed the platform from scratch according to our specifications. They created the design based on the paper sketches and template we provided them with. We also had them create an algorithm on our platform to define products and stocks. They still make updates to the site.
What is the team composition?
Dumitru (Founder, Inovector) is our main contact.
How did you come to work with Inovector?
We saw a project they’d done previously. After a short conversation with them, we decided to give them a try.
How much have you invested with them?
It’s cost between $5,000–$6,000, so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in December 2017 and we’re still working together on a monthly basis. The site was launched, but we still make changes with them.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Inovector did a great job with the site. We see 50 customers per month now, which is a lot more compared to what we were experiencing previously. Though we’re still working on the site’s SEO, we’re pleased.
How did Inovector perform from a project management standpoint?
They always deliver on time and within our budget. Dumitru is very responsive—he answers my messages within a minute. We use Viber, WhatsApp, email, and phone for communication.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The algorithm we asked them for was a very difficult process and I don’t think many people could’ve done it. I know plenty of designers and site creators, but not many of them could have created that algorithm. Dumitru is a top-notch creator and a very wise person to work with. All of the work he’s done has been better than we expected and he always finds ways to make the site better.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t think there is room for improvement since he does all the work we give him.
