Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm an executive at an NGO. Our organization is based in Bulgaria and works with the European Union. We focus on developing startups and innovative ecosystems in the region.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Innowave Ltd?
We hired them for their web development services. We wanted to build a website that would allow us to connect five ecosystems in the region: Estonia, Romania, Spain, Bulgaria, and Denmark. We also needed the site to have a responsive and user-friendly design.
Our aim was to connect stakeholders, universities, startups, and businesses in a single platform that provided them with tools to work together.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Innowave Ltd was in charge of the UIUX design and development of the website. They provided us with mockups of the designs, and we chose what we liked the most. They used WordPress with custom models for development. They delivered the website in December 2022.
Currently, their team is providing hosting and maintenance support.
What is the team composition?
We work with four people from their side: two dedicated developers, a team leader, and a designer.
How did you come to work with Innowave Ltd?
We met Innowave Ltd at a conference in Bulgaria. We contacted them, and we began working on several projects together.

After launching the website, we’ve seen an increase in the number of people connecting with one another.
How did Innowave Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management style is very good. They always send us reports on the tasks that they’re working on. We also have weekly and monthly meetings using a Scrum model.
For communication, we interacte through Slack. For managing and tracking tasks, we use Asana and Harvest.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The quality of Innowave Ltd’s work is remarkable, and they’re very good at meeting deadlines.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Their services are a little pricey, but everything else has been good.
Any advice for potential customers?
