I am the CEO of Oh! Bank, with 1.1 million cardholders we are the #1 issuer of credit cards in Peru, and part of Intercorp Retail, a conglomerate that includes supermarkets, pharmacies, department stores, shopping malls and DIY stores.
For what projects/services did your company hire INNOVATION HUB CONSULTING?
We hired Innovation Hub Consulting to help us with the creation of Digital Content for our digital assets. They helped us structuring all of our information, developing the scripts, the look & feel and the overall design of the animation.
What were your goals for this project?
Each digital content had their own communication objectives. In general they were all focused on communicating the advantages and benefits of using the Oh! credit card through our app
How did you select this vendor?
They were recommended to us based on their expertise in the development of digital content. We booked a meeting with them and liked what they showed us, all the experience they had and successful previous projects. So we decided to move forward and asked them to do this project.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
After we selected them as our preferred vendor we had a meeting to give them scope and more details about the project. They were in charge of organizing and structuring the information and writing the script.
They then proposed a look & feel that was aligned with our brand book and that worked better for our audience and the kind of information we wanted to communicate. After that they animated a series of digital content.
What was the team composition?
We worked closely with the executive and the producer. I am not sure how many team members in total they were.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
With this series of digital content we had over 62,000 views in our youtube channel. on the first month. This helped reduce the amount of inquiries we were receiving about the use and benefits of our app
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow was very efficient, they have a very structured team where everybody does a function. We had periodical updates from their team and they always met the deadlines.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I was impressed by their innovation and the quality of their services. I think that in a few years they have managed to gain a position and reputation about this in the market
Are there any areas for improvement?
We were very satisfied with their services. I can’t think of anything to improve right now.

The scope included to mention some:
Situation Analysis (Digital), relevant and actionable insights based on:
users, new users, competition analysis on organic vs paid media, traffic, Long tail keywords, bounce rate, Page depth, engagement, loyalty rate, Avg time on page, engagement time and engaged page views per visit.
The scope also included the performance of the webpage: speed, url, title & description tags, images, keywords, H1- H2-H3 tags, content analysis, etc
What was the team composition?
I dont know, I was always talking to the head of the company that is the owner and subject matter expert.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Not at this time. We postponed the implementation of the Solutions based on resources and Internal priorizations.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow between us was fantastic. It was one on one. Offline as well as online.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their expertise; especially if you consider the home country of their company as a developing country.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Maybe offering Creative payment solutions that can be implemented by startups, as in early stages fixed costs kill small business. To be fair, we looked for the best in the local market and the best usually work with big Companies.

We are a new company where we wanted to develop a new business idea. I am the stakeholder of the project and the decision maker for all the development.
For what projects/services did your company hire INNOVATION HUB CONSULTING?
We wanted to start a business and contacted Innovation Hub Consulting for the development of the idea and the overall project´s outcomes. Through workshops we started defining the service, contacting the providers and the best choice to start was to develop a e-commerce site to sell contact lenses to Peruvians.
Because of the high costs in contact lens we found a niche where we could sell contact lens online and deliver them to the clients location. They also managed the marketing and advertising side of the business.
What were your goals for this project?
We had to develop a functioning business, that could bring us revenue in the long term, with very little investment on advertising and marketing. The e-commerce had to be responsive, had to show different options of contact lens, they had to be ordered in a logically. We anticipated a small set of potential clients at the beginning but with an increment in 6-12 months.
How did you select this vendor?
I selected Innovation Hub through recommendation. And when I googled them It gave me confidence that they where at the top of the first page of Google. My meeting with the CEO was decisive, she gave me confidence that they will meet our goals and also showed me past projects they had done for other clients.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
The project began with a discovery workshop, which gave us the idea to develop an e-commerce to sell contact lenses online. It also helped to give us a mutual understanding of the challenges we could face and the goals. Once we approved the workflows, wireframes and mockups, the actual production began.
Once we had a functional version they tested and corrected the issues that where pointed out. They where in charge of all the branding and naming. After that the website was launched. They planned a marketing and advertising strategy of 2 months starting with facebook. They where in charge of all the social management, posts, and design in all the social networks.
What was the team composition?
The project team had about 4 people. We had a project manager who was the direct point of contact. This 4 people where a UI designer, a Project Manager, UX designer and the person in charge of the development of the e-commerce.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
The launch of the e-commerce was a success. They exceeded our expectations. We are looking to do more projects with them. Right now we are in a research state for a new business model of a new product.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
Having a company that meets the deadlines and deliveries with an outstanding product and service is very important for us. We communicated and stayed organized through Trello and Google Hangouts.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
What I found most impressive about this company and in this project in particular is that they could be reached at any time or any day. I could talk to the project manager and tell my any concern or new idea I had so they could test it out. They were very open in the process and honest about any issue we could encounter.
Are there any areas for improvement?
I can’t think of anything right now they could improve. I am very happy with their work and the relationship created with them is very straight forward.
